Boats must not exceed an 8.5’ beam and a weight of 4,000 lbs. If your boat exceeds these dimensions, you will not be allowed to dock. Violations of this policy will result in being asked to leave without a refund.
Boat Insurance: Required for all boats using the dock
Dock: You may use the dedicated dock space as noted in the listing and may utilize the community dock for loading and unloading for no more than 30 minutes.
Use of these amenities is at your own risk, and release of liability is included in your rental agreement. Please follow any and all lake rules regarding boating and stay safe at all times.
