Four season dog/family friendly home on 1/2 acre wooded lot located in the private beach community of Suissevale.
This warm open space house offers 3 levels of living space. 4 Bedrooms, a mezzanine with 2 twin beds, a living room and 2 bathrooms.
The main floor is an open concept with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living room with flat screen Roku tv. A nice deck outside to sip a coffee or just relax.
The lower level is a great area to hang out, play pool, watch tv or play darts. The cabinet is stocked with dvd's and wii games for young and old.
A fully equipped laundry room is available for guests.
Outside you will find a fire pit with benches and a propane grill for a night of BBQ'ing.


Suissevale beach one of the most beautiful and largest sandy beaches on lake winnipesauke, is just a short drive or walk. The beach included a roped off swim area with 2 large swim platforms, a large playground and an Olympic size volleyball court. A lagoon for fishing with the kids, picnic tables and charcoal grills for a nice BBQ at the beach. The beach has also wireless access.

Castle in the clouds and ridgewood golf course are only 5minutes away from our home.

Tennis, volleyball and basketball available at your convenience. Private beach at lake Winnipesaukee with playground for kids, volleyball court, picnic tables and bbq grills. Fishing pond, and boat ramp.

Close to ski resorts, 5 min drive from Castle in the clouds. 12 miles to Wolfeboro.

Perfect for leaf peepers in the fall, skiers in the winter and sun lovers in the summer

We had a really wonderful stay at this property! Tamara is very professional, friendly, and responsive to communications, check in was a breeze, and the rental is extremely well-appointed and well-stocked, and very friendly to kids and dogs. The fenced yard made it very convenient for our dog! The property is absolutely spotlessly clean and modern. The location is very convenient to local attractions and amenities. I couldn't recommend this property more highly and would definitely stay here again if visiting Winnepesauke!

We loved our stay at this house. We have stayed at houses in the Suissevale community many times and this house is by far our favorite! Well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. We are already planning on going back next year!

Enjoyed our stay. This home was exceptionally clean, check in was very easy. The owners actually let us check in early (which we did) and also extended our check out time (could not take advantage due to previous plans)—this was so nice and unexpected! This is a pet friendly home and there was a dog bed as well as treats for our dog! Linens were all fresh and there was hand soap and cleaning products available. I highly recommend this home!

We really enjoyed our stay here, especially due to the pet-friendly yard and interior. The indoor fireplace and exterior deck were lovely! The hosts were friendly and quick to respond. We and the pups look forward to staying here again.

Great Stay

We had a WONDERFUL time. The house was a perfect open layout for three families including 4 young children and 1 dog. It was nice and clean and the communication with the host was perfect. There was even a convenient and fenced in dog area. A parking permit for the beautiful private lake area was provided as well as another permit for the town beach. I would highly recommend this wonderful house and come back to this house in the future.

Very nice, clean and organized. It made you a little nervous when you find out pictures of all dishes on cabinet door and you try to put everything back in same spot! Could be better if fire wood was provided. Enjoyed our stay.

This property was beautiful! The layout of the house worked out perfectly for the group of adult and younger children we had with us. Tamara checked in with us after we arrived to ensure everything was as expected, and even sent a link for a local event if we were interested. We Would absolutely rent from her again!

Great stay in Suissevale

Stayed for a few days in February; 9 of us all together; 5 kids from 5-14, and 1 dog. The house itself was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone. And any questions we had the owners got right back to us. Great streets for walking the dog right around suissevsle and awesome hiking trails 5 minutes away at Castle in the Clouds. And the kids loved the sledding hill! Would definitely stay again.

Great Family Fun!

The property is incredibly perfect for a young family with dogs! We enjoyed our stay - highlights include the amazing wrap around porch. The yard is perfect for dogs and made our trip that much nicer. The quick access to the private beach front was amazing! We had a question about channels and Tamara didn't hesitate to reach out to me to troubleshoot and offer assistance. Would gladly go back!

Great vacation

Nick and Tamara were great at communicating about the house. The house was beautiful and perfect for our Christmas holiday vacation with family. Unfortunately we were planning a ski trip but it rained the whole week. The good thing was at the house was stocked with plenty of games and things to keep us all entertained and spending quality time together as a family.

Perfect Family Getaway

We had a fantastic time celebrating my father's 60th birthday at this beautiful house on Lake Winnipesaukee. The house was perfect in every way, providing all the comforts and amenities we could have hoped for. Being able to bring our dogs was a huge plus, and the fenced-in yard made it incredibly convenient and stress-free. Despite the weather not cooperating, the cozy and well-equipped home made our stay enjoyable and memorable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to create such special memories. Highly recommend!

A stay with a family who came from Puerto Rico and Florida and we had a great time together. We all loved the spacious, super clean house. And the service and attention of the hosts were excellent. Everything exceeded my expectations. I loved it!! !I plan to return in the summer.

Property was all as advertised. Bad winter storm led us there to find power was out. Nick and Tamara went above and beyond to make our stay a manageable adventure. Christmas miracle, power came back on next day! Couldn't have asked for any more from our hosts! Hope to visit again.

Excellent house to stay with a dog

My family and our dog stayed at the property to do some hikes in the Castle in the Clouds area. The location was perfect and the house was a great place to stay. Highly recommended!

We love the lake life, and we want our guests to enjoy their vacation to the fullest and make memories. We manage our houses ourselves, there is no agency involved. We have 4 big dogs ourselves and we know how important it is to be able to bring your dog with you on vacation.
