3 Bedroom 2 Bath Home with privacy fenced yard! Additional sleeping loft to add on for room up to 12!
Large eat in Kitchen with plenty of space for cooking!!
Conveniently located within 15 minutes to Canal Park and walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, and family parks.
Centrally located on a commercial street next to auto shop open hours 8-5pm Monday-Friday only. Well insulated and quiet!
Beautiful home newly renovated!

This home includes 3 bedrooms and 2 Full Bathrooms. Master Bedroom includes a King size Bed and luggage racks along with closet bar and small dresser located on the 2nd floor. Guest bedroom next to the master on the 2nd floor and includes a Queen size bed, closet with bar and storage for clothes. Also has a luggage rack. The 3rd Bedroom is a main floor bedroom including a twin size daybed with the option of an additional bed which is a trundle underneath making it 2 twin beds. The main floor bedroom also includes a luggage rack.
The living-room features a foldout couch bed with bedding storage.

Guests can access all of the home and yard except the owners closets located in the 2nd floor Bathroom and the main floor bedroom. Guests also will not have access to the garage.

The home is located next to Mags Auto Service which is open Monday-Friday 8-5. The home is well insulated and soundproof but guests may occasionally hear the shop noise.

Our family stayed at this location for our family Christmas. The property worked out perfectly for us. Well stocked board game area. Comfortable and large living room. Well stocked kitchen. The 3rd bedroom is a “trundle” type bed in a converted office…good for kids, not so much for a couple. The host responded to our few questions quickly and even sent someone to resolve a small issue with sidewalk salt. Will likely stay here again as our son will be living in Duluth for a while yet.

The house was everything our family needed. The location was the perfect distance to all the activities this area has to offer. I would suggest a bigger air conditioner for downstairs as it got a bit stuffy. Otherwise it was comfortable and we enjoyed ourselves immensely! Thank you!

Amazing house for our family vacation!

Our 3 adult children and one's spouse, my husband, our 13 yr old and myself stayed. We explored the town of Superior WI, Duluth, and up the Minnesota north shore side. Superior is a fairly quiet smaller town feel that is friendly and has plenty to do. We loved the house and had everything we needed and could want for cooking and relaxing. The boardgames were nice and the towels and bedding was more than adequate. Thank you for the amazing home away from home!

Family Vacation 2024

Kelly was very responsive and helpful. They did a great job remodeling an older home. It was a great fit for our large family. Plenty of room for 7/8 people. The private fenced in backyard was very nice and even included a fire pit! There are so many things to do in the Superior/Duluth area and Kelly offered great suggestions. Gooseberry Falls is a must! Kelly, you were so helpful in many ways! Thank you!

As I suggested with the host. They need a security gate if little ones come super super steep stairs. 2 nd bedroom needs dark curtains if light bothers you or wakes you up. Mattress was saggy for me suggested a little table on the deck for breakfast and maybe a bbq. For families who stay longer. Other than that it was amazing and so was the host. Super super clean

We live in the twin cities and love traveling as a family to the North shore as well as places like Florida spending time at the ocean. I love helping others find out more of what Superior/Duluth has to offer. We lived in Superior for 13 years so I’m familiar with the area.

Why they chose this property

It’s a quiet community yet is so convenient to grocery stores as well as Gas stations , restaurants such as Culver’s, McDonald’s, and Caribou Coffee.

What makes this property unique

Our property is in a commercial area with other businesses yet is fully privacy fenced in and noise is very minimal. The added Bonus is many businesses are within walking distance as well as parks for families. Driving time to Duluth is also convenient as you are only 2 blocks from one of the main hwys.
