Cozy studio apt. with private entrance and patio area in a quiet cul de sac neighborhood with barely any traffic. Close to everything Miami has to offer. 8 min away from MIA intl. airport and less than 20 min to Miami Beach, convention center, downtown area , wynwood , kaseya center. Also 2 min away from the metro rail station for those events with hard to find parking giving you easy access to these locations. No smoking inside but ok out in the patio area. Microwave and coffee maker along with a mini fridge in unit.
