Welcome to our cozy & comfortable studio: a serene retreat designed for relaxation and convenience. With its own entrance & parking; privately enjoy the firepit, BBQ, and a charming outdoor area — all for yourself!

Added conveniences include superfast Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchenette and a Smart TV featuring Netflix and other apps.

**1-STAR REVIEW RESPONSE** Unfortunately, one of the guests staying at the main property had an unauthorized event, during which guests had excessive noise and accessed the unit`s patio. We have ensured this does not happen again by adding locks on both the front door. We also addressed all the maintenance issues reported. Come see for yourself and let us host you an amazing stay!

*Studio Living Area : The heart of our studio combines cozy living with functionality. A comfortable queen-sized bed awaits for restful nights, accompanied by a faux-leather futon perfect for unwinding or enjoying a book. The futon can be turned into a bed for one, and there is a twin-sized trundle under the queen bed.

*Kitchenette: The kitchenette, though compact, is fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and basic utensils, making meal prep a breeze. Large windows bathe the space in natural light, enhancing the warmth and inviting ambiance.

*Bathroom: Adjacent to the main living area, the bathroom features modern fixtures and a spacious shower. Stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries, it offers both convenience and comfort.

*Outdoor Area: Step outside to your private outdoor oasis, where leisure meets fun. A dedicated BBQ and firepit area is perfect for culinary adventures under the sky. Comfortable outdoor seating allows for dining al fresco or simply soaking up the surroundings. Or chill and tan in the day bed!

*Tech & Entertainment: Stay connected and entertained with superfast Wi-Fi and a Smart TV equipped with Netflix and a variety of streaming apps. Whether it’s binge-watching your favorite series or catching up on work, our studio supports your leisure and productivity seamlessly.

This studio is designed to be your home away from home, combining privacy, comfort, and convenience in a pet-friendly environment.

You`ll have full access to all the amenities and spaces showcased in the listing. This includes your private studio living area, kitchenette, bathroom, and exclusive outdoor area with a hot tub and BBQ. While these areas are yours alone to enjoy, we do have a laundry room that may is shared with another unit.

Although you will check in and check out on your own and I may not be in town during your reservation, my cohosts and I will be available 24/7.

*Supplies: At our property, we strive to provide a comfortable and welcoming stay. Upon arrival, you`ll find a welcome kit with essential items like shampoo, soap, detergent, dish soap, toilet paper and paper towel. If these items run out during your stay, current guests are responsible for replenishing them for their use. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a relaxing and enjoyable environment.

The following services are additional and prepaid:

*Hot tub: 10$ per night. We kindly request that all our guests refrain from using the hot tub with sand on their skin. Please take a quick shower or rinse off any sand before getting in. This helps us maintain the hot tub`s system and avoid any potential damage to the pump.

If sand is left in the hot tub, we may need to charge a cleaning fee to ensure everything runs smoothly. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
*Extra gas tank - 30$
*Baking & Grill: Using the BBQ or oven incurs in an additional $50 cleaning fee.
*Firewood 13$ per pack and each fire starter 2$.
*Hookah Service for $30, including: Protectors or mouthpieces/ Tips, Aluminum foil, Charcoal and Shisha/Essence box 100grs
*Additional visitors beyond the authorized guests will incur a $25 fee per visitor.
*We offer early check-in and late check-out services to accommodate your needs. These services incur a $50 flat fee.

This policy allows us to offer more competitive rates and ensures our guests only pay for what they consume or use.

The previous fees enable us to maintain quality standards and provide a relaxing, enjoyable experience.
