Nautical Oasis w/Arcade close to Beach+Town. Pet Friendly w/Free RV/Boat Storage

The property is conveniently located just on the outskirts of downtown Fort Pierce. Only a 2 minute drive to anywhere in downtown and less than 10 minutes to numerous beaches. The property is dog friendly and even has a fenced in grass yard for them to run and relieve themselves as well as a fenced in privacy back yard.
Bring your boat or RV and store it on site for FREE! You're only 3 minutes to the closest boat ramp!
We have a large master bedroom with an attached master bath.
There are 2 guest rooms, one with a queen sized bed, and the other with 2 twin over twin bunk beds. All rooms come with a dresser and closet space.
The property has a large privacy fenced in yard with a fire pit and ample seating destinations for family or guests.
The house has a game room complete with thousands of arcade games to choose from. As well as a mini pool table, foosball table, mini air hockey table, and magnetic darts. Everything the kids and grandkids would enjoy!
Enjoy meals around the expandable dining room table which can accommodate every member of your party.
For additional sleeping, the living room is equipped with a queen size pull out couch.
The kitchen comes equipped with a few essentials like measuring cups, herbs and spices, cooking oil, glassware and tableware, pots and pans, as well as a countertop dishwasher for added convenience.
The host is local and able to address any concerns you may have during your stay.
We have worked hard to make sure this space is safe and inviting for all persons traveling near and far. We love Fort Pierce and the surrounding Treasure Coast and want to share this place with you! Consider booking your next trip with us.

3 hr delay on check in.. host refunded a day but destroyed 1 out of 2 nights we had to stay with family that flew down from another state and i drive 4 hours to meet.. house is poorly put together broken tiles mold on shower curtain in main bathroom floors all look like they were under water swing outside next to fire pit was broken and scary to attempt to sit on. Home itself is in a rough neighborhood neighbors up all night 4 am every morning rooster crowing next door until it's light out.. on top of that the things that the host suggested and how they kept passing blame telling me it wasn't their fault and they were losing money because of the last people that stayed there... i have plenty more to say but I'm sure no one will bother to respond... not a good experience

I have an extensive background in customer service and enjoy serving people and doing so through hosting has been a very enriching experience.

Why they chose this property

My wife and I love downtown Fort Pierce. We wanted to invest in a place that was very close to all the action. The moment I saw this place I saw the potential it had. We transformed that property into what you see now. In short, it is a property that we would enjoy staying in or live in even.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because there is no other like it in Fort Pierce. We have a beautiful fenced in backyard with a very nice fire pit area. The evenings out there are particularly enjoyable. We also boast offering an awesome game room for anyone who enjoys classic arcade games as well as some physical games like pool, foosball, and darts. Not to mention the collection of outdoor yard games.
The house also just looks really cool inside and provides guests with an escape from the house they came from.
