2 Bedroom Beachfront Condo, Beautiful Ocean and Pool Views

Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath beachfront condo located right on the beach. Stunning views from the 2 balconies of the large infinity pools and the Bay of Banderas. So close that you can hear the waves as they break on the beach

Our condo is located on the 2nd floor of the Aria Ocean Condo Complex and faces the pool and beach. Aria Ocean is inside of the gated community of Flamingos and the complex features 24 hour on site security.

Relax at the infinity pool in a lounge chair or one of the cabanas that surround the pool. Take a dip in the beach pool located right on the beach or swim in the Bay of Bandares on one of the nicest stretches of beach in the Vallarta area.

For more active guests, walk 100 meters down the beach to the Samba Resort where you can rent a Kayak, Sailboat, or Jet Ski. Surfing, Paddleboarding, and Parasailing are also offered.

Beach walkers can walk for miles in both directions. Take a hike to Bucerias (about 30 minutes walk) and shop the open air markets, eat some street tacos, or enjoy a Margarita at one of the many beach bars and restaurants.

The area bus line stops right in front of the complex and allows for inexpensive transportation to downtown Puerto Vallarta. a 40 minute ride for about $1.25 US. Explore the Malecon for great shopping, dining, and people watching. Take a day trip by boat to visit the beaches of Yelapa, and Las Animas. Snorkle at Los Arcos.

Activites abound all around the area. Whether you enjoy fishing, sailing, or zip lining through the jungle, you can find it nearby. We are happy to help arrange activities or just give suggestions about our favorite restaurants. We want you to enjoy this area as much as we do.

Only a 15 minute drive from the Puerto Vallarta Airport, Aria Ocean is convenient to get to and easy to get around from. We do however recommend a rental car to fully enjoy all that the area offers. Just 5 minutes by car are a Walmart and Mega Supermarket for your convenience.

Our condo is managed locally by an onsite manager to assist you should the need arise. We believe this is an ideal place for your beachfront vacation. We hope you enjoy our condo as much as we do.

Our stay at Aria Ocean

The unit was great and lacked for nothing. The view was spectacular and the staff very friendly. The only downside we experienced was only being able to get wifi for one electronic device and the beach area around the Palapas could have been kept cleaner. It was nice to have the beach items included with the unit.

Relaxation

We just spend four weeks enjoying this wonderful condo. We enjoyed the full kitchen and grill and being able to enjoy making our meals The condo has all the amenities included, comfortable beds, two full balconies with seating and amazing views. We spend our time at the beach and enjoyed the wide sand beach, lots of space , watching the manta rays playing in the waves and pelicans fishing. Mega is an easy walk to stock up on groceries and 60 peso taxi ride back. Bucerias is another easy walk on the path and offers lots of local shopping, bars and restaurants. We can't thank David enough for this wonderful condo and Chaunna the on site property manager was awesome !

Aria Ocean’s Best

Three of us just spent a fabulous 2 weeks in David’s condo. This Aria Ocean 2 bedroom condo was fantastic. It is, as advertised, open, bright and has everything you need. Two large balconies with full sliding glass doors make this condo feel very large. My wife, who is an amazing cook, felt the kitchen was very well equipped and treat to cook in. It is located so it gets morning sun and faces the pool area, with a fantastic view of the ocean. It’s close enough to the beach to hear the crashing waves as you fall asleep. I could not think of a better location in the Aria Ocean complex. The complex itself is very well maintained and has lots of visible security. We will be back to the Aria Ocean next year and would pick David’s condo over all others.

Excellent condo

We stayed a month at this beautiful condo and enjoyed every minute. Everyhting about the listing was accurate. The property is very clean and well maintained. We would highly recommend this property to friends and family. As seniors safety is a big concern to us and we found the location very very safe. From our first contact with the owner our concerns and questions were immediately dealt with. We enjoy walking so the walk to Mega was not a problem and after stocking up with groceries it was a taxi ride back to the condo for under 5 dollars! We look forward to spending another month at Aqua next year.

Serenity Found

This is a great 2 bedroom condo on a clean beach with activities to do, or just a place to sit back and relax. It’s your call because you are on vacation!! The condo has 2 balconies with fantastic views of the ocean as well as the maintained grounds and pool. One of my favorite activities was watching all the workers in the morning and catch up on all the gossip from my magazines, while my husband slept in. The complex doesn’t have a restaurant or bar, but they are just steps away at the hotels next door. The Mega market is a few miles away with everything you could possibly need - take a cab for a few dollars or drive – just watch out for the “topes”. The complex has a pristine main pool, another pool on the beach, or you can relax on the beach itself. There is outdoor furniture everywhere and the people are a mixture of Europeans, Canadians, and Americans.
