This luxury beach front condo is conveniently located moments away from the Mexican beach town of Bucerias with direct beach access. With open plan living and balcony with amazing ocean views.

Guests will enjoy 2 large spacious bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms in this 4th floor condo.

The room with 2 twins can be made into a Queen.

We stay here every year! The location just north of Bucerias Centro is perfect as it is quieter and within easy walking to many great restaurants. Everything about the condo building is perfect!

Beautiful property

My husband and I stayed here for a week and it was truly paradise. The condo is gorgeous with the perfect view and it is well appointed and beautifully decorated. The location is great with just a short walk on the beach or down the road to get to town and many restaurants and shops. The booking and concierge teams were great to work with and we would love to stay here again!

Great Property and Location

The condo was very well decorated and stocked. The location was great with ocean front views and direct access to the beach with miles of sand to walk along. It was also a short many restaurants and bars.

Wonderful Condo

We enjoyed this fifth floor condo in Bucerias. It was two blocks to many restaurants yet in its own quiet residential area. The unit was spacious and immaculate and had wonderful views since it was directly on the water. I loved that you could also see the pool below, which was clean, warm, and always had chairs available.

Amazing stay!

This was our second time staying at this condo. We returned because we love it and are returning again in 2026. The property is wonderful, it is within an easy walking distance to a lot of wonderful restaurants. You can watch whales from the balcony and relax by the pool. Andres with Vallarta Rentals was always available whenever we had a question or concern. The cleaning staff was excellent and reliable. I would highly recommend this condo if you wanted to have a relaxing time in Bucerias.

Beautiful Beach Condo

Loved our two week stay in this beautiful condo with gorgeous views of the beach and Banderas Bay. The condo is spacious, with a lovely infinity pool overlooking the bay, and steps away from restaurants, shops and entertainment. We were welcomed with a pitcher of margaritas, tortilla chips, and guacamole and salsa. The concierge service was top notch and responded to our messages within minutes.

The only recommendation I would make is it would have been nice to have some "coffee" for the AM when you wake up. Especially when you arrive late in the evening and not able to do a shop until the next day

location great, pool great, pretty much everything was great

The unit was beautiful. At check in they had fresh scratch margaritas w homemade Guacamole and Pico de Gallo. Scheduling for our cleaning days was a little awkward, but everything else was fantastic. We needed another jug of water, and it came within 15 min of our inquiry. Hot water is an on demand system, and it was either scalding hot or basic cold. We never quite figured out how to keep it consistent at our preferred temp. We did have one “Karen”for a neighbor who complained about noise when my son and i were reenacting famous NFC Championship football games in the pool. Truly a great place to rent and we’ll do it again when units are available for our parameters. We had to rent for a 7 night week even though we only stayed for 6. It was worth it for Thanksgiving time.

Accueil excellent avec margarita et guacamole !! Condo au top, la terrasse est magnifique !!
