Close and lock windows and lock the cottage’s door behind you. Close and lock the screen door.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

ABSOLUTELY NO smoking or vaping inside the cottage.

Beach equipment is not allowed inside the cottage! This includes but not limited to: beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, kayaks, surfboards, etc.

Dog’s are allowed within the cottage, there is a pet fee. Cat’s are not allowed. A maximum of 2 dogs less than 50 pounds per dog is allowed.

This quaint cottage has everything you need for a classic Outer Banks getaway. From sandy shores to cozy bedrooms and a fully stocked kitchen, comfort and nostalgia meet just steps from the ocean.

Step inside and you’ll be transported back to a 1990s-style beach retreat, complete with original shiplap walls, vintage green countertops, and warm wooden furnishings. Each of the three bedrooms offers a queen-sized bed with a soft mattress for a restful night’s sleep.

The ocean views from the cottage are truly mesmerizing, and beach access is only a few steps down the stairs. You’ll find the cottage nestled within a well-established court, surrounded by wonderful owners and a welcoming community.

Guests also have access to the seasonal community pool, open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty, and all swimming is at your own risk.
