Home was clean and the host was super attentive to the reason for our stay and had refreshments and snacks available for us. The kids loved the downstairs game/tv area and the place was very clean and had all of the kitchen amenities to make cooking and cleaning super easy.

Comfortable home in Birmimgham

We found the home accurately advertised. The neighbors were nice, the neighborhood was quiet and located conveniently near the interstate. There was an amazing Mexican restaurant nearby (El Bario). We had a really nice stay!

Great place to stay for a week in Birmingham. The location is great, close to all the golf courses, and restaurants. The house is very clean and has everything you need. The downstairs room is an amazing hangout room to relax and talk with friends. Property manger was extremely easy to reach and very generous. Awesome place to stay! 5 Stars

Amazing family destination

Absolutely wonderful. The host always leaves complimentary items related to our trip when we check in. Our family has an amazing time enjoying the amenities for entertainment at the house. We enjoy selecting this location for all our trips to Hoover, it’s a must for our family! We are treated like friends of the host each time and taken care of with thoughtfulness. Host is always available and respond immediately. Couldn’t be happier anywhere else during our trips.

Lovely Home

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as it appeared online. The home was cozy and had a home away from home feel. Christopher was SUPER responsive and helpful, providing resources and restaurants in the area. We walked in to a handwritten personalized welcome note that added a really nice touch. . We would definitely consider staying again when we’re in the area.

Great Hangout with the Guys

This was a perfect property for coming to Hoover AL for the SEC baseball tournament. Me and my buddies will be back. The basement is an ideal place to hang out and watch other sports in between games. Thanks for a great experience!

Was in Birmingham for a family wedding. We weren’t at the property very much but the snacks, water and coffee shared kept us going. Chris was very communicative with us and responded quickly to any questions we had!

Overall a nice house

This is an overall nice house. As it is an older home, be prepared for some creaking sounds in the floors when people walk around. The hosts have taken extra care with all the amenities. The house is clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood is also older and located on a busy street, but the neighbors are friendly. The host was very kind and thorough in their communication.

Excellent upgrades

Beautiful home with a fantastic remodel. The house was excellently appointed, Furniture was wonderful, it wasn’t bare & sparse like so many VRBO‘s,. It actually felt like a home well cared for.Lots of little extras. Excellent communication. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The only drawback Is that it is not super close to restaurants. But we would definitely stay again.

Fantastic weekend

I'd give this property and owner 6 stars if I could. Seriously can't say enough positive about this property and process. Super easy to get to and in. Quiet neighborhood, super clean house and even surprised us with snacks in the kitchen which was great after a long drive. Out teen and young adult children loved the basement entertainment area. Would 100% recommend and use again next time we are in the area.

We had the best time at this property. We were in town for my son’s wedding. The house and host were both above excellent. Nice, clean, stocked with everything you could need. Best EXPERIENCE EVER

Charles was amazing and helped in so many ways. As soon as I would text him, he would respond in the next few minutes. The house was just beautiful!!! Wr loved the basemen!!! The entire house was so clean, and the beds was so comfortable. We enjoyed every minute of it. They had a stocked coffee bar, snacks, water, and fruits. The makeup wipes was an excellent touch. The neighborhood is kept up and clean as well. This will forever be my first choice to stay when we visit Birmingham.

If you are looking for a home thats in a safe, quiet, convenient to stores, recreation, and restaurants, this is your place? Chris made this an extremely pleasant and memorable experience for our golf group. We travel to Bham once a year to play golf and out of the past 3 visits, this one was the right on. The previous two years were very deceiving when it came to the location and the homes we visited. Very disappointing.Thanks for the hospitality Chris.
