This was the perfect place to stay for our family of 11 (6 adults, 5 kids). Despite the lack of skiing, we were close to main street and other available activities. Place was clean and easy communication to get what we needed. Very family friendly and the kids had a blast using the indoor/outdoor pool.

Thank you for the 10/10 rating! We are so glad to hear the condo was a perfect fit for your group of 11 and that the kids had such a blast with the indoor/outdoor pool. It’s great that you were able to take advantage of the easy access to Main Street and local activities even with the season winding down. We appreciate the feedback on our communication and cleanliness, and we would love to host your family again!

Enjoyed our Days There
The Lodge met all of our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our days there.
Excellent spot for our family of 5 - could have easily slept more people. Super cozy space with lots of games, tons of kitchen accessories for easy meal prep and enough space for teens and adults to not feel like they’re on top of each other. Highly recommend.

Okay
The check in kiosk didn't work. The person from customer service was quick to respond but it did begin things with a frustration. The ceiling in our hallway collapsed from water and one of the televisions in the room didn't work. We had three rooms rented. The carpet in room 252 desperately needed cleaning. We did have good time being in Park City, but these things made it so we felt like we were at an okay place instead of a nice one.
Access to the ski slopes and ski school for our granddaughter was great! The pool was a nice addition at the end of a ski day.

It was a pleasure hosting you and your granddaughter at The Lodge, Susan! We are so glad the easy access to the slopes and ski school worked out perfectly for her. It sounds like the pool was the ideal way to wrap up a day on the mountain, and we truly appreciate the kind words.
The condo was top notch! The furnishings were very comfortable and the condo was very put together with all that we needed for our family of 7. The kitchen was well stocked and the front desk helped us with a few extras that we forgot. It is in a great location and ski in/ski out from the locker room. We had hoped to eat in for lunch each day but because the resort was so big, it wasn't convenient to do that every day as you may be on the other side of the mountain. We didn't have a car and used the bus to get to the grocery store and to town. Restaurants were always busy and no reservations available. There isn't much open near the condo after the slopes close so you will need to take the bus to go out to eat or cook in. And you will need to make a separate stop to the liquor store for wine - we didn't realize the grocery store only carries beer. It was a great trip and we would highly recommend this condo!
Everything was convenient inside the unit, and accessibility to ski rentals and the mountain was outstanding.
Two separate living areas was great for all the different ages we had staying together.
And having a washer and dryer in the unit was a huge advantage.
Fast and Free buses next door that makes exploring all of Park City easy. The accommodations included everything you need to really enjoy yourself. Park City in any season is a wonderful destination.

Liked: Location
Old and tired unit
Location is excellent. Lodge at Mountain Village is old, tired place with a confusing maze of locations for units and amenities. The ski lockers were quite distant from the unit and using them was extremely inconvenient. Unit was functional but also in severe need of an update. No powder room so anyone needing to use bathrooms needed to go through a bedroom. Most Basics were included but for someone apparently thought it would save money if laundry detergent was not supplied and needed to be bought by guests. A small point but the price for this 4 bedroom unit was extremely expensive so to not include all the basic essentials seemed penny wise and pound foolish. Also, a 10 digit access code for resort areas was a pain. Overall, the unit disappeared.
We enjoyed this condo for 8 ladies for a 40th birthday. Comfortable and clean space, super close to all amenities and great view. Kitchen gear well stocked and the 2 seating areas were nice for our bigger group. We had an issue with the TV and they sent someone to fix just in time for the Super Bowl!
Finding the area to check in was difficult, apparently there was a video we needed to watch to find it, so I recommend that!
Our biggest issue was on the entry codes - 1, they are long and hard to remember. 2, we had to get several different numbers before ours worked, including help needing to come to the door.
Great location. Good property for multi family trip. Different door codes not most customer friendly but not as complicated as others have said. One thing to improve is elevator which 2 of them were not working. Overall though a good property that I would recommend if you want ski in ski out location.
Nice condo. Lots of space and clean. Good location
The place is nice but the building is a maze of entrances and doors to get to your condo. Self check in did not work for us and had to get help to check in.
