The Yardley Kash Cottage Getaway - Haliburton

This intimate yet spacious fully-equipped one bedroom (accommodates 4), with 4-pc bath, affords you the opportunity to explore 23 km chain of lakes, departing from your child-friendly sand beach located on Kashagawigamog Lake on a 5 lake chain. A fully-equipped kitchen, TV/VCR/DVD, and gas BBQ. Fully renovated cottage with knotty pine interior and cedar bathroom, with comfy new beds, furniture, drapes, neat and clean as a whistle - privacy plus on 200 ft of shoreline. Rents June to October for only $1400 a week.
No weekends
It is the renters responsibility to clean the cottage before they leave.
This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
No cats It is the responsibility of the renter to leave the cottage clean and tidy when they leave.

This is my second time at Yardley Cottage and it didn’t disappoint. It is a lovely little hideaway right on the lake. Can’t wait for my next vacation there!

misleading

the picture of the property is misleading not showing the other cottage on site. We were not aware that the property manager would be staying during our stay and doing maintenance. Stained the deck stairs to only entrance to lake and was weed whipping around us while we were at the fire pit .Overall was disappointing that we were not really allowed to relax not knowing if he was going to be doing yard work while we were trying to enjoy our day. If in the information we knew that there was an onsite host would not have rented this property was very disappointing to walk on eggshells while on our vacation, So renter beware that you will not have the privacy that the picture and add shows you on the rental site

Excellent cabin for 2 with all the amenities Multitude of windows with summer breeze, view of lake, quiet evenings, private backyard… what more could we ask for? Very relaxing and gracious host!

Nightmare !!!

Inaccurately advertised : another cottage on the same property with the owner passing all summer vacations at property ...his cottage is front lake ...not the one advertised...the actual cottage : small, filthy, full of dirt on floors and windows, filthy bedsheets and pillows, presence of bugs and mice !!!; Very rude owner...making renovations ( painting and pressure washing outdoor walls )at his cottage while we rented the cottage . SCRAPPED VACATIONS !!! DEFINITELY A NO RETURN FOR ME !!!

Had a great week. The place needs a good cleaning. Dock in bad shape. The property was great and clean . Loved fishing and looking at the lake . I would stay again just needs a good cleaning and dock fixed.

Yardley cottage

This is an ideal place for me. I did more drawings this time than I did before, did lots of reading and sunning and visiting my favourite places in the closest towns. The owners are very kind and helpful and the lake is great. A real getaway from electronic nonsense also.

Beautiful Spot!!!!!!!

This property was lovely, clean and wonderfully quiet. The cottage had everything you needed and Trevor was great and very helpful! I would love to rent it again next year. My week at this cottage left me refreshed! Lake Kashagawigamog was absolutely beautiful

This property was incredible! It checked off all of our boxes, and even the boxes we didn't anticipate. I would definitely recommend this property to others, and I would stay there again next time I'm in the area.
