****Well behaved dogs allowed. (No cats) $100 Pet fee required per pet to cover the cost of extra cleaning. Fee paid through Airbnb or other options. Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture. Pets must be kenneled if left at home or brought with you when you leave. All poop must be cleaned up before check-out. Any found will result in additional charges for a pet clean-up service.

Housekeeping is required and provided every 30 days for an additional charge on all stays over 30 days.
