A beautiful and spacious home located inside the Anthem Golf & Country Club and gated community. This very clean and newly renovated home has an excellent location near the Main Country Club entrance and all local shopping, restaurants and activities within Anthem.

3 bedrooms, plus a den and 2.5 baths. This fully equipped 3,000 sq. ft. house will make you feel like you are on vacation, with the warmth and privacy of your own home. Large master suite has a King bed, 50" Smart HD/TV with access to the patio and pool. Private master bath with soaker tub and large walk in closet. Second bedroom has a Queen bed and a "Jack and Jill" bathroom that connects to the third bedroom. Third bedroom sleeps up to 3 with a Twin over Full espresso bunk bed. This room sits quietly at the back of the house and overlooks the beautiful green lawn and pool in the backyard. Home office with built in desk has a love seat with an additional pull out twin bed. Excellent for getting work done, or hosting an extra family member.
This home has an open but warm floor plan, with a formal dining room as well as a billiard room at the entrance. Enjoy family time in the large family room with a 65" Smart HD/TV with access to Netflix and all your media needs. This room sits in the center of the house, with the open concept to kitchen / bar and butlers pantry. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities for hosting family and friends. Windows showcase the beautiful landscape and sunsets overlooking the pool and patio. Relax at the patio table, or lounge chairs while cooking your favorite meal on the BBQ.

Great home & location

My wife and I spent a month at the Frye home. We found it to be very comfortable and all the amenities you could ever want. They were very accommodating with any questions we had. We had our (2) grandchildren and there parents for one week of the stay and if couldn't of worked more perfect. The house is very well furnished and the backyard with the pool is beautiful both day & night. We will definitely will be wanting to go back to this home. This area is a great location for golfing, tennis, hiking and day trips. Thank you Tracy & Marshal for sharing your great home with us.

TWO FIVE STAR RATING !!

We reserved 5 weeks at the Frye vacation home during January & February. Most relaxing and amazing time was had by our family of 6 . We were absolutely delighted with the well equipped kitchen, the most comfortable bedrooms, and spacious well maintained and clean living spaces. Really enjoyed the indoor Pool table for the "too cool to be outdoors" evenings. And the backyard... the beautiful landscaped backyard... It was made for memorable nights of star gazing, wine sipping, and quiet reflection on how lucky we felt to have found this piece of paradise. By the last week of February, the sun had worked its magic on the solar pool and we were doing serious dipping, jumping and splashing in the private backyard pool! The home deserves a 5 STAR RATING! Anthem was a great location for commuting to and fro, as we explored the Northern parts of Arizona. Day trips to Sedona, Flagstaff, Grand Canyon, Jerome, Scottsdale, Cave Creek Recreational Park, Lake Pleasant just to name a few of the great places we experienced. As day hikers, we found many excellent places within close proximity to Anthem. There are a number of public golf courses in the surrounding area as well for those who golf. Throughout our stay, I was impressed by the concern and care, the owner, Tracy Frye, showed us. I believe she truly cares about her renters and their experience, ensuring we were nothing but happy with everything. She was quick and efficient in answering questions, or solving maintenance issues or concerns. Tracy is warm and genuine, with excellent client service skills, and deserves her own 5 STAR RATING. Thank you Tracy, the whole experience was fantastic! I would recommend this vacation home to others seeking a carefree holiday.

Lovin Anthem

This is my third time in Anthem , and this property has been the best, the location is so convenient to everything in Anthem. It is a beautiful, well maintained property with everything you need. The master bedroom and bathroom with shower, tub and walk in closet is spectacular !! Awesome home for a vacationing family. There is so much to see and do on the outskirts of town in any direction you choose , I cannot wait to have the opportunity to return. the owner is very easy to contact and was so great to deal with. Christmas in Anthem

We rented the home for the month of December, with the majority of family members arriving Christmas week. The home is clean, comfortable and spacious, no clutter, very functional. The listing description is accurate and there were no surprises; in fact , it exceeded our expectations. Check in , checkout and house rules were accurate. Wifi, Netflix, smart TV's, and a pool table kept all of us connected and entertained. We shopped at Fry's almost every day for groceries, beer and wine. Anthem is about 30 minutes from almost any great restaurant you would enjoy. We preferred to dine nearby; we recommend Tonto's Bar and Grill in Cave Creek for a great experience; for Mexican food check out El Encantos Dos on Carefree Highway; for pizza , Streets of New York next to Fry's. We did the obligatory shopping at Anthem Outlets and got that out of the way. Good value and name brands. We golfed at two great semi private courses with very reasonable rates, Rancho Manana and Dove Valley Ranch, about a 25 minute drive from the house. We visited Sedona and did the ATV 4 hour rides at Red Rock ATV Rentals, just 1.5 hrs north of Anthem. We climbed Camelback mountain next to the Phoenician Hotel; allow about 4 hrs for this adventure trail. We walked, shopped and dined at Kierlands Crossing; gear area, easy to get to, with great shops and restaurants. Pleasant walks or runs in the morning are a great way to get the day started. Everyone says hi. There are also trails on Daisy Mountain to check out next time we visit as well as cycling on the trails in the Sonoran desert. Anthem is a great location for a home base. There is nothing missing in the house for cooking or BBQing. If there is, Wal-mart is a 7 minute drive from the house. The only item I would deem missing is a Keurig coffee maker. Because it was December, we did not get a chance to enjoy the pool, but did spend time in the sun I recommend this property to any family of 5. Owners are caring, considerate and responsive. And yes, we would go back

Welcome Home away from Home!

Highly recommend this home for your vacation. Furnished with everything needed and oh so pretty and comfortable for all your needs. Great location and I appreciated how easy it is to find. Spacious yet cozy. Definitely will stay here again. Walking distance to tennis and the clubhouse is an added bonus. The backyard is very relaxing and the pool is just the right size, all set with the barbq too! Just bring your self and sunscreen-Everything else has been meticulously thought of! What a pleasant surprise to arrive and find our vacation rental to be even better than the photos.It was very clean and the owners thought of every detail to make our stay relaxing. The location was wonderful, we could walk to the club house to play tennis and watch the amazing sunsets and really enjoyed our morning walks in the neighborhood.
