This brand new space sits in a quiet, rural road but is only 12 mins from town center. The Mad River is a few hundred feet away. With very tall vaulted ceilings and radiant floor heating, it feels like lofty luxury. Large walk-in shower for 2, super comfortable mattress, Smart TV, private driveway and parking, new fridge and stove, convection oven, washer and dryer, and all the extra amenities for daily life you might need. If you work remote, we have a dedicated office work station.

While on a quiet street full of nature, the house is still only 7 mins away from grocery stores and restaurants, and 12 mins away from the cute town center of Arcata. The town features a lively square that hosts farmers markets on weekends with live music, and has unique movie theaters and restaurants.
