Downtown Digs Arcata home! Enjoy your stay with a shared sauna, hot tub & enclosed yard at this dog- friendly property. Only a short walk to downtown Arcata shops and restaurants, and a quick drive to the redwoods and beautiful north coast!

Find yourself at this charming, completely remodeled, historic home with a full kitchen, dining area, and a nice seating area. Take advantage of the recently-completed, on-site lounge where you can warm up in the shared three-person, infrared sauna! Create your own story while you're here just as famous former resident, author Brett Hart, once did back in the 19th century! The large yard is shared by all and includes a gas BBQ and a fun, outdoor Ping-Pong table. We also have an area in the back area that is fenced off that you access from your back door.

We are very happy to be able to offer a hot tub and a sauna at this location. Please note that the Hot Tub does reach regular temperatures of 100 - 104 F. The Infrared Sauna however often reaches only 115 - 120 F, as opposed to a traditional wet sauna that may reach up to 140 F

A note about cleaning fees: Our cleaning fee includes a linen fee and ensures our housekeepers are paid a living wage and are bonded and insured.

* To accommodate groups of up to 11 guests (and three dogs), consider booking the entire home consisting of this rental as well as the other two properties, Downtown Loft and Downtown Drift.

A damage waiver, covering up to $1,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, is included in the cost of your reservation.

Parking Notes: We cannot guarantee a spot in the driveway as they are shared between guests of all three units on a first come, first served basis. Ample street parking is available for guest use. On 10th Street, you can park right in front of the home between 4:00pm - 10:00am the following morning. Outside of these hours, there is a two-hour limit for street parking spots. There is no time limit across the street, so guests can park there anytime.

Guest Entry Instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter.
