Great ocean views from this 1st floor condo and steps away from the beach! Our place features a queen bed, a queen sofa sleeper and 2 small bunks for children. There is a full kitchen with basics to cook a meal, two TV's and a private balcony with beach views. This unit comes with 2 beach chairs, a beach wagon and 2 bikes for your use.

Seaside is a gated ocean front complex within walking distance of Coligny Plaza and Celebration Park.

Excellent restaurants and world-class golf courses are within an easy drive or bike ride!

Perfect stay, perfect location

This was a perfect for stay for my wife and I and our 9 month old. Location is perfect, right on the beach. Host was great, very accommodating and easy to get in contact with. Will absolutely stay again.

Great stay for our 20th anniversary! Check in and out were super easy. Host was very responsive to a couple of questions and let us know that the place was ready to check in as soon as we arrived to HHI. Excellent location to the beach! We also used the bikes to ride to breakfast each morning.

Very clean, very quiet. Everything was as described in the listing. Beach lounge chairs and beach toys for kids if desired. We walked down to the shopping area and Tiki bar in the evenings for live music every night. Nearby grocery store was very convenient.

Great location, property right on the beach. Had a couple issues (TV and linen) but owner was quickly responsive to help resolve. Would stay again.

We had a great stay! This villa is in a fantastic location. It's close to the beach, the park, and Coligny! We loved morning walks on the beach - which was only steps away. Highly recommend this villa for a couple or family with small children! The unit was very clean. The host was communicative and accommodating!

We had a wonderful stay! Great location (very close to beach), fabulous view from balcony, very clean and comfortable, and well equipped with everything a visitor could need. My daughter and I enjoyed our time here and would definitely return! Great communication and easy check-in. Highly recommend this property!

Excellent experience all around

Very clean and comfortable in an incredible location. You are right on the beach and just a short walk away from Coligny plaza. The property owner was very accommodating and was kind enough to let us adjust our check out date since the heavy rain from Hurricane Debby would have made it difficult to travel down when we were supposed to. I highly recommend this property, we would definitely stay here again!

Nice condo, close to the beach

We had a nice time staying here. This condo was very close walking distance to the beach. It was quiet, and a cozy place for our family. The only complaint I would have is the cleanliness. We had to wash some dishes prior to use (obviously several dishes and cups had not been throughly cleaned with food/drink residue) and there was an overpowering chemical smell upon walking into the condo. Other than that- it was very nice!

Exactly as advertised

This place was exactly as advertised - right on the beach. Clean and comfortable/good bed. We used the beach chairs that were provided to us. Was just a 10 minute walk to Coligny Place to cover all our needs (basically beer, coffee, and restaurants). We also went to the Tiki Hut right on the beach in the direction of Coligny for island drinks and live music. Great fun and a perfect getaway!
