Awesome Ocean View - Beautifully Remodeled - Relax at the Beach!

Welcome to Hilton Head Island! Our villa is steps from the beach at wonderful Seaside Villas I (#135). Located in the South Forest Beach area, our villa is close to Coligny Beach and Sea Pines. This is a gated beachfront complex. Our condo is non-smoking and pet-free.

** REMINDER ** Seaside Villas is a pet-free community as per its covenants. Any pets found on condo property are subject to a daily $500 fine assessed by the condo association. (We love our pets too, unfortunately they are not allowed).

This one bedroom villa (with a pocket door for privacy) has a queen-sized bed, fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a full-sized sleeper sofa, and dining area. There is a 50" 4K flat screen TV in the living room and another flat screen TV in the bedroom -- both with cable television. Included is also an airbed with pump and another rollaway bed. The condo comes with free Wi-Fi and free long distance within the USA. There is a remodeled balcony with a terrific ocean view. On-site amenities include a pool and sun deck as well. Recent renovations include updated floors, kitchen, sofa couch, and a new queen-sized in the bedroom.

Please let us know ahead of time the number of guests staying in the condo for safety reasons.

It was clean and tidy! She left notes on anything you make have questions about. A very easy walk to the beach. The pools were nice and not too crowded. Would definitely recommend for two, maybe 3 people who are comfortable with each other. It is a small space but it has everything you need. I would definitely come back!

This was just a quick trip before the summer rush. This was a great unit in a great part of the island. Property manager, Brenda, was a great help and so very nice. We will definitely be back.

Great Get-a-way

This is the 3rd or 4th time we have stayed at this property over the years. It is in a prime location, with beach/ocean view from the balcony. Very short walk to the beach as well. The property manager, Ms. Brenda we call her, is awesome to work with. We cook most of our meals and the kitchen is great. Would highly recommend!

This is a good reasonably-priced rental for two people. No frills but good location so close to the beach and walkable to Coligny plaza. Brenda was great to deal with. Would stay again.

Why they chose this property

We have family that also owns a condo in SeaSide Villas - who live in Bluffton, South Carolina. We have visited Hilton Head many times over the last decade and fell in love with the long beaches and natural beauty. We also chose SeaSide Villas as it was close to Coligny Beach -- but yet just far enough away from the crowds.

What makes this property unique

SeaSide Villas are within walking distance to Coligny Plaza (which includes many shops and restaurants). The Villas are also very close to walking and bike paths as well. In addition, Savannah Georgia is only 45 minutes away!
