Wonderful stay. The property is lovely with multiple areas to relax outside. The home is exceptionally well equipped and we had everything we could possibly need. Beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and serene property - just the right place to relax and unwind. The home is well appointed with thoughtful finishing touches. The host (Renee) is amazing, responsive and just a pleasure to work with.Our dog appreciated the treats!If you visit, definitely consider going to the Black Chasm cave tour as well as the Indian Grinding stone park. Both can be done in 4 hours or so.

Perfect Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The home is well appointed and was very clean. We spent most of the time outside in the park-like yard. We enjoyed sitting by the river and letting the pups take a dip. We cant wait to come back and visit.

We had a wonderful 15th anniversary at Riversong. The home and property were exactly what we were hoping for in a relaxing vacation. The home was beautiful and well maintained with a great well stocked kitchen. We spent most of our days on the deck or on the dock by the river relaxing. We very much appreciated the privacy and peace and quite of the home. The sound of the river all day was absolutely relaxing and restful. We cooked some great meals and found everything we could possibly need in the well stocked kitchen. The bed in the lower room was so comfortable and we got some much needed sleep.We look forward to staying again with family in the future. Thank you to the owners for sharing this great home and property.Robert and Tamyra

We had such an amazing and peaceful stay at this cabin retreat! The private and secluded setting made it the perfect getaway to unwind and reconnect with nature. Waking up to the sound of the river flowing in the back and birds chirping every morning was so relaxing and soothing. It truly felt like a peaceful escape from all the busyness of everyday life.One of the things we loved most was how dog-friendly this cabin is. They really thought of everything — from treats, dog beds, gates, and bowls, they had it all ready for our furry baby! It made us feel so welcomed and comfortable.The cabin itself was absolutely perfect and honestly one of the best cabins we’ve stayed at near Pioneer and Jackson. The privacy was incredible, and we completely fell in love with the calming river right behind the cabin. The sound alone made the experience unforgettable.The rooms were also very clean, cozy, and well maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, which was such a nice surprise. My husband and I came fully prepared with our own supplies, not realizing the cabin already had everything available for guests.We had such a wonderful time and would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful nature getaway!

Oasis

Seriously an oasis. We had kind of made a mistake booking such an amazing house without fully understanding the loctation. But thank goodness we over looked that piece. The house was a gem!! So comfortable and inviting. But its the landscaping that is the ultimate. Total upscale family camp feel. Right on the river. Pure heaven!!! My kids and dogs had the time of their lives! We made the drive both full days we were there to get to some destination site seeing and activities. But all well worth it. Thank you for putting such work into this amazing place!!

Specular Riversong Retreat

My husband and I stayed for 6 nights. Upon arrival we were met with stunning views of the river, and a Cabin that was most welcoming. The living area was outfitted with large comfortable furniture, plenty of throws, and a very nice fireplace we enjoyed each evening. We love to cook, and the kitchen was fully stocked and lacked for nothing. The beds were comfortable and made up with very nice bed linens. Good bathrooms with excellent showers and both stocked with everything we needed. The towels were of excellent quality. The two decks were amazing with lots of chairs and loungers so we could pick our spot, depending on the river view we wanted. River access was easy and the property had many trails to various seating locations, all with views of the river. And, most important to us, Riversong was the most dog friendly location we have been to: dog bowls, blankets, towels, beds, etc. Our two Golden Retrievers thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the river. Dogs or not, this is a very special location: peaceful, quiet, surrounded by pine trees. My husband and I enjoyed our stay so much we are going back in June.

This property was magical! We absolutely loved our stay. A river runs through it…literally! And the cabin itself was beautifully appointed. The hosts have provided everything one might need. The kitchen was a dream. Highly recommend Riversong if you’re visiting Gold Country!

The property and views from the deck are beautiful. The area is extremely quiet and you have the whole property and section of the river to yourself. Our dog loved it. The host made the entire process very easy and answered any questions we had. I would 100% stay here again.
