A peaceful cottage in the Haliburton Highlands. Two bedrooms and a loft, and sleeps 8. A fantastic view with a canoe and rowboat that is great for fishing. Plenty of water amenities for children and adults alike. Wood burning stove and furnace, and fully winterized. This beautiful cottage has a screened in sunporch that everyone congregates too. Waterfront deck and dock that has an unobstructed view and vantage points of the lake and the loons. This chalet has an outdoor firepit, to sit near and watch the sunset. No weeds and plenty of fun...enjoy! Other amenities include a propane barbecue, a forested area, waterfront and a spectacular view. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances including a microwave, and the bathroom is a 3-piece.

Much Much More
Our cottage is fully winterized, so there is heat inside and out! We have a firepit and a furnace, so you will cozy and comfortable all the time. On 1 square acre of land with waterfront, you will feel the escape the city, without the long arduous drive. With a stove frigde/freezer, microwave and toaster you will have the amenities of home but enjoy a view and sounds you would not normally see or hear.
The waterfront is wonderful because there are no weeds! A clean lake that is clear and rated a 5 out of 5 by the Natural Resouces Ministry, 200 metres of waterfront within the beauty of the Canadian Shield. Guided hikes, Haliburton wilderness, wildlife and waterfun abound in the region. Minden and Norland are close for shopping and family fun. Kawartha Dairy is ;iocated in most outlets but they have their flagship store in Minden, only 10 minutes North. Seadoos, boats, and snowmobiles are rentable in Minden and Norland to enjoy all what is to offer in this Haliburton oasis.
