Great view and comfortable stay

The house was well kept and clean, stocked with essentials as listed and the check in process was seamless. Beautiful view from the floor length glass windows. Perfect location for a weekend!

Ironman Half Marathon stay

Great communication from owner, place is nice, just needed more lighting around the fish dock for fishing. Great place for crabbing. Get your chicken drumsticks ready and you'll get a bunch of crabs in no time. So far we had a great time!

Great bay views, clean pool

The pool is great with amazing view of the bay. One morning a dolphin was playing just past the pier. Good sized rooms with comfortable beds. Large kitchen Only negatives were no curtains on one of the bedroom windows and no TCV in master bedroom.

Local Getaway

Place needs a little updating (curtain down in master, door knob came off last day)but hey location and the pool were a hit! Dock was also super nice to tie the boat up (plenty of room) and the ramp was basically in the same neighborhood. Would definitely do it again tomorrow! Last thing is this place is really well stocked from dishes to blender.

Bay time

Property needs to be completed. No privacy curtains in one bedroom. Really drafty as it seems there still is work to be done to complete windows etc. excellent location. Zero extras. No coffee, sugar condiments or seasonings of any kind. Should at least be noted. I’ll stay here again once these issues are addressed.

Overall day was good and location was good for fishing and watching beautiful sunsets. The weather was not great so we did not use the pool. The house needs some work, and needs to be exterminated. I don’t think it is worth the money that they charge. The pier lights did not, other than under the boat slip. One of the faucets in the master bath did not work. Upon arriving, while unloading, I noticed the ceiling was cut out, and there was pipes exposed under the master bath. I saw a couple of roaches in the kitchen, along with ants. The lockbox was a little bit confusing. There is a lock box at the bottom of the stairs, but that is not the one with the keys. I spent several minutes trying to get it open, only to realize after further inspection, that the lockbox containing the keys, was further up the stairs.

Dock of the bay

The beds were great. Biggest issues- Bedroom with the two queens had absolutely no curtains. So there was no privacy to change or anything while the neighbors were working on their house across the street. Secondly,stairs are not very sturdy. Definitely need the wood replaced in the near future.the pool does not heat. And there was no outdoor furniture by the pool that was in working order. Or nothing down by the dock. The supply room is a mess with everything piled in. The place needs a bit of work.

Good stay

Overall we had a great time. The property manager was extremely accomodating even after I left some personal property behind after check out. As for the house, the views are great, well stocked, and A/C worked great. The condition of the house could have been a little better, the seal between the windows and the house caused a LOT of flies to come into the kitchen and there were piles of fiberglass outside on the 1st floor patio due to some remodeling/construction work that was ongoing. Kept getting into the pool so that wasn't great. But all that said, would definitely come back again. Enjoyed fishing off the dock and swimming in the pool and taking in the views.

Worst ever

Worst experience ever house is not maintained to real window coverings in the bedrooms, no tv in master bedroom. No exterior working lights. Pool was nasty and full of algae. Window coverings in living room did not fully work. No customer service at all. I would never rent this place or from this company ever. Was told management would reach out numerous time but never did. No resolution or anything. Definitely not worth what we paid for it

Great View of the Bay!

The inside of the house was very clean. It could use some updating (the frame over the door as you exit could use some paint), the trashcan from prior people was not emptied so lots of flies, etc. inside the bin), The smoke alarm in one of the other bedrooms came on and wouldn't turn off, so we just removed battery and put back in when we left and it was fine, the battery in the electronic wine opener needs new battery. The outside lights came on at night and stayed on until the morning. One of the ceilings outside is exposing insulation and it is quite a site when driving in. There was trash on the outside lower level of the property. Overall, we loved the view and the inside of the house was clean, and we did enjoy ourselves. Just those miner things should be taken care of for future renters.

Good stay

We stayed in this property for a weekend and we truly enjoyed our stay. Please note that the "cons" are mostly feedback to help improve it for future guests as these were not things that would keep us from staying again. The house is spacious and comfortable, we were a group of 6 adults and we would definitely come back and recommend the property.Cons:- Even though there are instructions on how to use the electrical blinders remote, it is still a bit confusing.- The curtains in the master bedroom do not fit the window so the sun light comes in, if you're a light sleeper, bring a sleeping mask.- No pool towels are provided.- No filters for the coffee maker.- The hand soap in the bathrooms and kitchen were reduced with water.- The grill needs to be replaced. There's a hole in it which made it difficult to put the charcoal in.- Lastly, and this I'm sure it was a mistake, the master bathroom didn't have toiletries, we usually bring our own so it was not a problem, but if someone is actually counting on this just have the cleaning person to make sure that she/he adds the correct packet (there was one in the bathroom but it was with the cleaning supplies for the kitchen).Pros:- Kitchen is well equipped with utensils and anything you need.- Beds are very comfortable.- Pool was clean and the area is nice to hang out.- Fishing pier very well kept as well.- The views from the living area and pool were amazing.- checking in and communication with property manager was easy

Let me start by saying while we enjoyed our time in the house there were a few things that could have been improved on. The first thing we saw upon entering the house was part of a recliner not being able to close due to damage. Next is the first bathroom was an issue. The tank cover was upside down and backward. Tank wasn't filling. My husband discovered the water had been shut off. He turned it on but it was a slow dribble so he turned it back off. It left us with one toilet for 6 people. I called the number given and reported the problem but never saw any worker or repair.Instructions for the security system should have been left so those of us who have never used one could properly use it. Always the 3 remotes for one tv could have had Instructions or labels.We also noticed a bee or wasp nest on the side of the house. No knowledge of trash pick up means the trash cans outside were full when we arrived. There were also cosmetic items that need attention. Walking up to the stairs where is a huge opening with insulation hanging out. The frame inside the front door needs repaired/painting. Also a bundle of wire coming out of the ceiling. Curtains in bedrooms didn't cover windows or move to open and exit onto the balcony. Outside lights, by pool didn't work or we couldn't find a switch. The solar lights on stairs didn't work and soAgain we did enjoy the house with the fabulous view and comfortable beds. Would I rent the house again, not unless all issues were resolved.

We had a great time at the dock of the bay. Great location and beautiful views. We enjoyed fishing and swimming. Beds were comfortable and the view from living room was exceptional. Dock area was large and very well lit which was great. The pool and lawn maintenance overall could be improved. With that being said we all enjoyed ourselves and we will be back again

Could have been better. Property needs attention.

The pool was not properly maintained or made ready for us. We had to call maintenance out to tend to it, he was prompt and very nice. There is a large part of the ceiling missing on the porch. The patio was not clean. The BBQ was rusted through and my brother burned his foot on hot coals that fell out of the bottom. The water spicket handles are rusted badly and I scraped my leg on the one by the gate to the back. The door frame on the inside needs fixed. There were ants in the back bathroom on the floor. The pans are not big enough to accommodate cooking for 7 people. There is no welcome book to tell you how to set anything in the house or what to do upon leaving. Other than that our stay was nice. I have pictures of everything but it won't let me attach them.
