Bath & Beach Towels & Bath Mats ✓ We appreciate it if you launder all towels and bat mats. ✓ Please shake off any sand before loading items into washer. ✓ OK to leave the last load in washer/dryer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Trash Day is Monday morning Please place the trash containers out by the street Sunday evening or before 7:00am Monday morning.
Dehumidifier in Living Room - Please do not turn off. It needs to run 24x7 to remove humidity and keep the air fresh in the beach house.
$20/night 1 dog up to 50 lbs. Discuss Exceptions w/owner. No parking under the house on concrete. Shake clothes/towels no SAND in washer/dryer.

We really enjoyed the stay. Very clean, beautiful views, nice neighborhood. Owner answered the phone when called immediately. T.V. Reception excellent. Heating and cooling efficient. Kitchen equipment plentiful but suggest investing in a few more cups. Thanks for a great weekend.

We had a wonderful time. The sunrises and sunsets were magnificent, all viewed from the deck. A walk on the beach was just seconds outside the front door. The home was very clean and comfortable. Thank you Rick and Pamela for being such great hosts and quick to respond.

The rental was clean, inviting, well furnished, and spacious! We loved the layout and the great sounds and smell of the gulf waters. Our stay was very enjoyable, the walks along the beach was invigorating and lightly used which made for a very pleasant view from the upper deck of the home. I would recommend this rental to anyone who enjoys the beauty of nature and the superb first sight of the sun in the mornings. It is close to the main area of Galveston Island and therefore there is ample opportunity to enjoy all that Galveston Island has to offer. We had a wonderful stay! AND hope to visit this rental in the future.

This is a nice home for a beach visit. Not too fancy, just a nice place for a few days. The exterior is a bit weather worn and the provided beach chairs are rusted, so bring your own. The interior was clean and the furnishings comfortable. The beachfront has public access to cars which can be noisy with folks blasting radios, but this was only temporary this late in the season. Overall, a good stay.

Location, location, location. What else could you want? That being said, we did also enjoy the inside of the property, which is large, comfortable, and well appointed. The huge deck was a big hit, with plenty of seating.

Family short vacation

My wife and I and kids came to have a Galveston retreat and we had an amazing time. The house was absolutely clean. It had a great living room and we loved laying down on the patios, watching the shores right in front of us and the sunrise. It was just absolutely amazing. Everything was accessible accessible. It was so close to the shores.

Awesome views. So close to the beach, made it so easy to make trips with all your items you need for the beach. They had everything you need at the house. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed staying there. If I had anything negative to say, was that the bed was a little to firm for my liking. But I would definitely go back.
