Located on the 6th floor of a concrete high mid-high rise building, this corner unit features an open floor plan with travertine tiles throughout the entire unit. It boasts 3 BR and 2 BA with washer/dryer. The modern kitchen has ample cabinet and countertop space for all your essentials and culinary needs. The en-suite bathroom has a soaking tub and shower. The living room and primary bedroom offer a spectacular ocean view. This is the relaxing and quiet side of Seawall Blvd., all you hear is the crashing wave of the ocean; while it's fairly close to the major attractions and historical sites.

Our family have been visiting Galveston as our quick getaway from hectic city life whenever we have a chance. Every time we came, we booked oceangrove condos. We had a chance to come here again for springbreak. Our stay here for almost 1 week was excellent. The condo was clean, all necessities were made available. The host, miss Cynthia, as well as property manager was very nice with timely response to our request. Didnt have to look for a parking because its always assigned and available. We had quality time with family with completely no hassle. I will defintely book this condo again when we visit Galveston in future, and will definitely recommend our friends/family about this place.

The condo is in the perfect area and close to everything. The host was amazing and communicated very well. The condo and the our rental space was well kept and clean. No security issues. The parking is adequate. The pool is nice, clean and shaded for most of the day. Would definitely stay at this condo and with Cynthia again.

When we got there the property was double booked, took 4 hours to figure out who got to stay at the property and who had to find another place. Then the bedroom was locked from the inside and had to break in, then had to wash the bedding ourself. Communication was hard as the owner was out of country. Luckily we could break into the bedroom since the sofa didn’t pullout as stated and we had 6 adults in our family. Did get ahold of the son that was very helpful in all of this. I’m suppose to receive a partial refund for everything we delt with. Which is better than nothing. Then the sheets were covered in makeup. The property was 2 queen beds, and trundle’s bed, did not have a King bed or a sleeper sofa as listed. There wasn’t a table on the patio as listed either. The glass coffee pot was missing, and no can opener. Lots of little repairs are needed. Blinds did not work or stuck open. The patio door was very hard to open or shut. One bed was comfortable the other had springs poking you. Only one set of keys, so was hard with a big family, would have been ok if the key pad work. There were roaches as well. Only a tv in one bedroom and living room. The other 2 rooms did not have a tv. It is in amazing location and the building itself was nice. Pool was nice. Just wish it was as advertised. As it was quite and perfect location, with great views. It just needs some love. We made the best of it, could have been a lot worse. Thankful for what we did have.

Guest decided not to check in due to pet policy. They had violated VRBO and HOA pet policy and decided they did not and could not stay in my property i had made recommendations for a pet hotel and made my property available for them to use. I also asked guest to cancel to unblock the calendar so it's available for others to book, but they did not want to cancel, so it was considered a no show. All access info was in the VRBO website under the Welcome Guide. None of it was owner's or host's fault.
