This custom-built log/timber frame vacation home is located in the Sunbreaker Cove on the northern end of Sylvan Lake. This retreat property is located fifteen minutes from the Sylvan Lake town site in a quiet summer village.
This treed, lake view property with its naturalized gardens is located approximately 150 meters off the lakeshore and borders a forest reserve. A pathway leads to the lakefront and sitting platform with steps into the water.

During the Spring, Fall and Winter seasons the property serves as a wonderful place for retreats and get-a-ways: Ladies Retreats, Business and Project Retreats, Couples Get-a-Ways, Family Retreats, Special Events and more. During the Summer the property is a special treat for small groups of family and friends vacationing at the lake.

All travel is on paved road. Travel by boat is approximately six miles to the Sylvan Lake town site.

The property has 3 outdoor decks. Two of the decks are covered and overlook a rock garden and natural reserve. The deck off the master bedroom is sunny and private and a great place to suntan, chill with a cup of coffee or simply relax and meditate:)
