This tastefully decorated and appointed second floor unit is conveniently located in close proximity to both pools and the community beach access. Three bedrooms and two full baths with a King, Queen and two Twins. Features include a TV in the living room and master bedroom. DVD player in the living room. Ceiling fans throughout. A fully equipped kitchen and full size washer and dryer in your private laundry room just outside your front door. Enjoy peaceful views of the Lagoon pool and it’s tropical landscape from your large, private balcony! The complex offers two large pools for all guests, an Oceanside Pool just a few steps from the sand and a lusciously landscaped Lagoon Island Pool. The Lagoon Island Pool is also heated for your winter enjoyment. A large gazebo, located between the beach and the ocean pool, offers immediate shade and shelter from the sun. A handicap ramp is also available for our guests with special needs. Ocean Villas Condominium Community is ideally located within walking distance to popular beach front attractions, restaurants, and shopping.

We had 5 (wife and 3 adult kids) of us in all and everyone enjoyed the space. Kitchen was well equipped. Longer but easy walk to the beach. Two pools were nice and not over crowded. Parking never seemed to be an issue even though the condos all seemed to be booked. Location was great an easy to get in and out of.

Amazing!

Everything about our stay was great. We loved the condo as well as the location. There was more than enough room for our group of 6. The walk to the beach was fairly short and the property is well maintained. We hope to be back next year to stay here again!

Positive…Well equipped, good location, clean, good facilities ie: pool, beach accessNegative…Beds…AWFUL, hard as a rock and need replaced. Sheets…cheap and uncomfortable and you sweat all night. Pillows…like putting your head on a piece of paper. Most everything is outdated and needs updating. The bathroom door in the master is falling off the hinge and doesn’t close. This place has a lot of potential, but needs help. Heard from the host 1 time before we arrived because I sent an email. No other communication. Will not stay here again. Sad.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been using Resort Rentals of St Augustine to book our stay at Ocean Villas for decades. They make the whole process so easy, from reservation to check in, to check out. Its rare to have a problem, but IF we do we know that the will take care of it right away. We've already got our unit set for 2025 and can't wait!
