Everything was perfect for our stay! Only thing is we didn’t get the code for the gate to the beach when we got the other codes but luckily our neighbors shared it with us. Totally recommend and would consider a future stay if traveling to that area again!

While the picture was accurate, the title Ocean View led us to believe we would see the view sitting on the balcony. We had to stand on one end to see the view.

Convenient to beach and pool, with plenty of space for a family. There was a sewer smell that would get worse throughout the day coming from the primary bathroom. The fridge water and ice did not work. My laundry was left with a strange and unpleasant smell despite using the same detergent. Otherwise it was well stocked and comfortable.

Overall stay was good, condo is on the second floor and there was another condo above, those occupants that week were heavy footed so you could hear all movements above. Also, the listing should be updated with current indoor photos of the condo.

Spring Break Vacation

Had a wonderful time staying at this location. The condo was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Process of check in and check out went smoothly. Only advice would to upgrade living room furniture, the couch is not very comfortable, and also provide coffee filters as a staple. The workout / gym was very dated. I hadn’t used in the past but the weather was rainy a few days so I decided to check it out. Would be nice if the resort updated that area as well. Great location for all other activities!

Spring break

My stay at Ocean view was wonderful! The condo was clean and accessing it upon arrivalwas easy. The view of the beach and access to it was only a 10 minute walk and the pools were literally at my door. However, when I went to my vehicle at night to grab something I left in it or to take out the trash it was very dark. The street lights around almost the entire property was out. I told the maintenance worker about this the next day for safety reasons and he informed me that it has been out for awhile. So, hopefully they will fix them. Other than that I would recommend this property to anyone!

Beautiful property but missing a bed

I wish I could give a top review. We have come to Hibiscus for 30+ years and it's still a wonderful place with its proximity to the beach, pools, hot tubs, and landscaping. Very family friendly! The condo interior is beautiful and well equipped - a few minor glitches. The serious problem was that the second bedroom was pictured with a full bed and a bunk bed, but the top bunk was nowhere to be found. The rental company offered a cot, but there was no space for it. We received a symbolic small credit instead. We had specifically looked for a rental with a bunk bed as my son and his wife have two kids, and to have it missing in action meant that they had to make do in their sleeping arrangements all week. Fine for a camping trip, but not for an expensive condo. Very disappointed, but in the future will not trust VRBO pictures with respect to crucial requirement.

Great Vacation Spot

We had the best time! The property has three pools and is walking distance to the beach. The rental is very clean and has all the needs for cooking if desired. The kids loved the bunk beds! Overall the perfect property!

Great St. Augustine Visit

The unit we rented was very comfortable. There was a master bedroom/bathroom and a second bedroom with a bed and bunkbeds. There was also a second bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen. The kitchen had a breakfast bar which was perfect for my husband to sit at and work, while I worked at the dining table. There is a nice balcony overlooking one of the pools. There is also a washer and dryer, which I used the day before we left. It was great. My husband said the pools were at the perfect temperature. We would definitely go again. It was very quiet around the area.

Perfect teacher respite for spring break!

I would stay here again. For the price, the location to the beautiful beach is hard to beat. The place is nicely appointed and clean. Some amenities that would make the stay better would be two full rolls of toilet paper (we had 1.5), two bars of soap for each bathroom so you don't have to keep taking the same little one back and forth from sink to shower), beach towels, chairs, and a hair dryer. So bring your own beach towels, and pony up to buy the other if needed. It's just hard if you've traveled by plane to bring all of the extra. We were greeted with a plumbing issue before we even checked in, so we weren't able to use one of the bathrooms for 18 hours. The office notified me ahead of my check-in to advise of the situation.....maybe we'll get a small credit? That all aside, it was a great stay! This unit is close to two pools, and it's just a five minute walk to the beautiful, deep, soft, white-sand beach. The area of beach is very nice. Keep in mind, that vehicles do drive on the beach, but in this particular area there isn't as much traffic and there isn't a public access entry close by.

Fun Time with Grands!

Beautiful condo. Bunk beds were a hit with the grands. Enjoyed the walk to the beach. Beach was almost perfect, just “busier” than we thought it would be.

Very clean and bright condo. Views of pool and beach from balcony. The kids loved the bunk beds. Just need to provide your own beach towels and chairs...may be nice to add that on as a convenience for people who fly in from out of town. Thanks-
