Great location, minutes away from parks & the bike path. Easy access to downtown Rapid City & the Black Hills. Located in a nice neighborhood. Very up to date kitchen & nice deck for eating outdoors with a Blackstone griddle. Large basement living room. Accommodates 6 with beds. 3 bedrooms (cal king, king, and queen) and 4th bed located in living area upstairs (queen murphy bed). All bedrooms equipped with 40in smart tvs, luggage racks, closets/hangers, side tables.

Please note the driveway is quite steep when walking up. If your vehicle doesn't have high clearance, we recommend parking on the street.
Home is not childproof, children need to be supervised. The deck railing has a gap on the bottom. Children under 18 are not left without an adult.
Very safe neighborhood, to be respectful to the neighboring homes please follow the quiet hour (10pm-7am) guidance.

Great location for seeing everything in the Blackhills. We went to all 5 national park sites in the area. Owner is fantastic and provides great communication. Beds are large and comfortable.

The house was fully stocked with everything we needed! The beds were comfy! Very easy to communicate with the friendly owners! Large grill to cook on. Would definitely stay here again!

So enjoyed our time at this home with an amazing view of the area. We enjoyed a family meal in the beautiful great room, played games in the cozy family room, and had an excellent few nights of sleep in the cozy and comfy beds. Skip the hotel room and choose this property!! Also—the host was attentive to our every request—that made this stay one of our best in the Rapid City area.
