This exquisite home is so tranquil. Yet, the home is very close to the village & walking distance to the college. Enjoy three generously sized bedrooms one with en suite bathroom. The living room and family room, both adorned with gas fireplaces create an inviting ambiance. The kitchen is a chef's dream with so much space and access to the deck for easy entertaining. With breathtaking views of the rolling countryside as your backdrop, every moment spent here becomes a cherished memory.

The space
Whispering Willow Loj is so private but so close everything. The home is expansive with a large eat in kitchen with patio doors to the back deck. The kitchen flows to the living room and boasts a gas fireplace. It is a great place to relax with the morning sun or central visiting area. The living room also has quick access to the back deck. The expansive formal dining room comfortably seats 10 people. The lower level has a spacious den with a 50” smart TV. There is a bedroom suite with and king bed and an ensuite full bathroom. The upper level has two bedrooms one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds. The home stately sits on two and one-half acres of land. The home is roomy with much space to relish. Whispering Willows is a three level home and is decorated with a nature theme decor with many original art pieces. It is a home you and your friends and family can gather and enjoy one another along with the nature that surrounds you. The backyard is private. Relax on the deck and enjoy rainy days under the retractable awning. There also is a dining table for outside dining along with a fire table to enjoy cool nights. All blankets, sheets, towels, soaps, shampoos, and much more are provided. Just ask to see if the home has certain items you may need!

You will receive the code to the front door before check in time. Also there is a locked basement and bedroom that guests may not enter.

Other things to note
There is some baby gear such as a pack and play crib. Please let me know if that is needed or any other baby gear that I may have.
House Rules: *Max occupancy 6
*Please leave the home clean and neat as you found it, no cleaning fee is imposed, but if home is left unusually unkept, additional fees will be imposed. Cleaning products and tools are provided.
*Also please rinse all dishes before loading the dishwasher. Load and turn on before you leave. There is no garbage disposal, please be mindful not to rinse waste down the drain.
*Please place all used towels in the laundry room
*Place all garbage in large bags in outside trash bins. Don’t forget the bedrooms and bathrooms!
*Lock all doors
Turn down the heat to 65 degrees in the winter and turn the system to the "system off" position in the summer
*Turn off all lights including outside lights
*Smoking is not permitted inside the home.
*Check out time is 11:00 a.m.

Fireplaces will not be available to run during warm months and central air conditioning will be turned off in the winter months.
