Absolutely gorgeous bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room. Views of center pool and Gulf of Mexico. Patio sits 4 comfortably with a table. Total of 3 pools with the west side pool being heated. Next to the famous Pineapple Willy’s with a private gate into there parking lot. Two beach chairs and umbrella included in price. Sunbird Amenities:
- Private balcony with awesome views
- 3 pools with west pool heated seasonal
- Gym
- Wi-Fi washer/dryer
Gated parking with security.
Guest pays for parking and wrist bands:
- Parking Pass is $35 each; 1 parking pass per unit

We enjoyed our stay so much! The host was great to deal with and the staff in the front office was very informative and kind. Great stay and great location. Will definitely be booking this place again in the near future

Great place in an excellent location. 2nd time staying here. First time in this condo. Looking forward to another trip soon. Owner was very nice and accomodating. A/C had a glitch when we fist arrived. Contacted the owner and he assisted us promptly. Super nice.

Updated and beautiful.

We had an amazing time from start to finish. Kevin, the host, was very easy to work with and only wanted for us to have a great trip. The location was perfect, with lots to do and within walking distance. We were steps away from the beach and 2 chairs and an umbrella were provided. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. The condo had been remodeled and it had an amazing view of the beach. The condo was clean and beautiful. We loved everything about it. The laundry room was on the first floor and the trash shoots were on each floor. The pools were always clean and never too busy. We will definitely be back.
