This lovely PENTHOUSE condo with 1,356 square feet of spacious living has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with large showers. The primary bedroom offers a king size bed, a desk and chair for your business needs, a television, ample storage space in drawers and closets, and a large balcony with beautiful sunset views. The second bedroom also has a king size bed, as well as a television, a desk and chair, and plenty of storage space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to cook at home, as well as a large granite dining bar with stools and a dining table set. A second balcony off the living room is the perfect spot to sip your wine while you watch the sun set over the beach. The condo is also equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, a cooler, board games, and your own washer and dryer. Please note that this specific unit is not suitable for babies or toddlers under five years old.
This fifth floor penthouse is accessible by two convenient elevators, or stairs if you prefer a bit of exercise after dining on Aruba’s fine foods. We stayed here the first week of April for our 30th Anniversary. It was our 3rd trip to Aruba and 2nd stay at the Oceania… and it never disappoints.The owner Margie was wonderful to work with, as was the Prestige Manager that was super informative and helpful, especially when she dropped everything to come help us with the Hot Tub one day. And the Security staff are always top notch!The Unit itself was super clean and exactly as described and what you see in the photos. The location of the unit was great after a long day of snorkeling and walking (or drank too many Green Iguana’s on the sunset catamaran)… so to be able to park in your specific parking spot, walk a short distance to the elevator and once on your floor, it’s the first unit, was extremely beneficial.The views from both balconies and the rooftop terrace are even better in person. Postcard perfect!The Oceania is located perfectly on the best beach on Aruba - Eagle. It’s just outside Palm and Oranjestad for a more quiet experience, and yet a short trip when you feel like venturing out.By the second day, it felt like “home sweet home away from home” to us. We highly recommend staying here and we’ll be back!Charlie & Alisha

Beautiful condo and wonderful location

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo on Eagle Beach! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—just steps from the beach with stunning sunrises and sunsets. The pools were beautiful and never crowded. One of our favorite spots was the rooftop deck with the hot tub—such a great place to unwind and take in the views.The condo is also within walking distance to a couple of nice restaurants, which was super convenient. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make some meals as well. Our host was fantastic—very responsive and full of helpful suggestions to make the most of our time in Aruba. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely come back again!

Just Book It!

Our family of four from Wisconsin could mot have been more happy with the accommodations at this Penthouse condo at Oceania. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out if needed! It’s not often you find comfortable mattresses when renting residences like this but we were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the king beds AND pull-out couch were! The whole place was very clean and had enough of the home essentials for our stay (i.e., tp, garbage bags, tissues, detergent, etc) We appreciated that beyond measure! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for meals. Plenty of drinkware and utensils. Fridge always had plenty of ice and the water from the tap was delicious! Love that about Aruba! The Rooftop terrace had everything you need as well! Tan privately on their lounge chairs, have dinner as a family on the dining set or hang out in the hot tub while enjoying the breathtaking sunsets. The best view in this unit, by far!! Plenty of beach towels, bath towels and bed linens as well. The host is extremely communicative and helpful with suggestions and following up to make sure we had everything we needed along the way. The concierge group (Prestige) was also amazing. We have never had a concierge check us into a condo as we arrived and it was the best. The resort itself is in the best location. We felt that we could access everything (beach, restaurants etc) with ease and felt very safe with staff and the community being gated! Just book it!!!

Paradise

Awesome experience from check in to checkout. The property is amazing with all amenities that one can imagine. Workers are constantly maintaining the pools, landscaping, and gym/saunas. Every day we enjoyed beautiful sunsets from either there private rooftop or one of the best beaches in the world, which is only footsteps away. Will definitely come back again.

Excellent Property on Eagle Beach

Booked this condo for 10 days in July. Owners were extremely helpful as well as the check in procedures and concierge service offered by Prestige. I’d asked for refrigerator to be stocked with some incidentals so I didn’t have to make the grocery trip on night one : ) Sunset views on the terrace are phenomenal and the location Is in walking distance of many great food options. Beaches are clean but get there early if you want a Palapa. Some construction going on across the street and improvements around the resort pools but none of this interrupted our stay as there are 3 pool options on site.Clean and covienant place to stay, you’ll be glad you did!
