Thank you for confirming the home’s amenities matched what was described. We’re truly sorry you were not notified in advance about the air conditioning issue and that the temporary cooling solutions did not keep the home comfortable. Our team secured the bedroom windows during your stay, and a partial refund was provided in recognition of the impact on your visit. Your feedback has been shared with the team responsible for the home for a thorough review. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and should your plans ever bring you back to the mountains, we would welcome the chance to offer you a better stay.

Thanks for the feedback, Leigh! We're glad you enjoyed the house and the amenities like the pool, sauna, and movie theater. We appreciate you pointing out the game and bunk bed issues—those details help us make improvements for future guests. Hope to host you again!

Bear sightings and beautiful views make for a memorable Smokies stay, and we're glad the pool and game room gave everyone reason to stick around the house. It means a lot that our concierge stood out — knowing questions were answered right away is exactly the experience we're after. Thank you for the thorough and practical notes as well; the cooling on the lower level, the seating capacity, and the trash setup have all been passed along to our team, and your parking and grocery tips will be genuinely useful for future guests. We appreciate the recommendation and would love to welcome your group back anytime.

Thanks for the review, Allison! We’re glad to hear that you and your family enjoyed the house and the pool and that the porches were a nice spot to relax. We also appreciate your feedback about the pool heating process and will work to improve communication on that front moving forward. We apologize for the issue with the upstairs windows and understand your concern about privacy. That is definitely something we’ll take into consideration as we look for ways to enhance the comfort of the space. Thanks again for staying with us, and we’re happy to know you enjoyed the location near downtown Gatlinburg! We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

What a fun stay to hear about—we're so glad the home was such a hit with the whole crew of nine. It sounds like the indoor pool and theater room were the perfect combo for keeping the kids entertained, and we love that the space felt so welcoming and clean throughout. Thank you for the kind words; it means a lot to us. We'd love to welcome you back for another getaway anytime.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review and recommendation! We're so glad the house gave your large family plenty of room to spread out, and that the living space made hanging out together so easy. It sounds like the pool, sauna, and theater level were a huge hit with the kids, while the deck was the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails — the best of both worlds! It's great to hear our team made resolving those small issues quick and easy, and that the ideal location and even a black bear sighting added to the fun. Great tip about the AWD vehicle, too — we've noted that for future guests! We'd love to welcome your family back anytime — thank you again for staying with us!
