The Blue Seahorse on 30A is a 2BR/2.5 BA beach town-home located along the beautiful 'Emerald Coast', in the Blue Mountain Beach area of 30A.



While staying at the town-home you will be able to enjoy its many comforts and amenities. From quite mornings on the balcony, sipping that first cup of coffee to exciting afternoons at the beach and poolside. You will discover that you have found the perfect vacation spot at the Blue Seahorse.



The Blue Seahorse features an open concept living, kitchen and dining area, and is the perfect layout for spending time together, or spreading out in your own space! It offers a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops, a spacious living area with 55" T.V., Bar-b-Que Gas grill with table and chairs on the main patio, and bistro table and chairs on the second floor balcony. The master suite has a comfy - King size bed and private bath with walk in shower. The Guest Bedroom is a Queen Suite that includes a day bed with trundle as well as a private bath and balcony with a partial gulf view!

Wonderful location!

Private beach location was ideal on a very busy fall break week in 30A!! Blue Mountain beach is wonderful! The condo was clean and beach access was so easy!

Home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Bluffs #12. It was like being at home away from home, but in paradise. We love the Blue Mountain Beach area, and the condo did not disappoint at all.

Most Fun Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time. We have stayed here once before. The closeness to the beach and the pool is a plus for our family. We also love being so close to restaurants and especially ice cream!

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment have everything you will need (except a bottle opener:-) It’s a great location, close to everything and the beach is just beautiful. Kathy from iTrip was great to work with. She was responsive, friendly and efficient. We will definitely use this renting agency again.

Stairway to Heaven

The Sea Bluffs condos were perfect for our group. We loved the lower level garage which allowed us an easy place to house our sandy beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys. The house was very well maintained and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable, wonderful stay.

Great Family Vacation

The Blue Seahorse condo was perfect for our family. It was clean and modern and had everything we needed. The location and beach could not be better and there are numerous shops and restaurants within walking distance. It is situated atop a high dune and there are quite a few steps down to the beach. If stairs are hard for you, you can walk (or drive) two blocks to the public beach access.

Great stay!

The condo was very clean and very spacious. We were sad we couldn’t see the beach from our room but it was very close still. There was a gate to get out to the beach, and a gate to get back in our area from it. The kitchen was stocked with every utensil we needed and the fridge was very clean and nice. Highly recommended!

Great Place so near the ocean

We really liked it, they were sure to include anything you might need. The garage was packed with beach chairs, toys, inflatables! Everyone mentions the steps to the beach, but all the properties around have a lot of steps, my husband and I are 73 and we were able to manage. I don't think the online pictures do justice, the grounds were prettier

Peaceful, perfection

Had a wonderful vacation at the seahorse. The steps were a good workout for this sixty something couple and loved walking along the beautiful uncrowded beaches. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and the location is just a short drive to lots of great restaurants. The condo was spotless and quiet and on the day the red tide came in and the beach was not safe, the pool was a nice way to spend our afternoon. Highly recommend.

Can’t wait to come back!

This townhouse was perfect for a family! I have stayed in many places in the area and this was the most stocked kitchen I have ever seen. Kathy was wonderful to deal with and was always quick to responding. My only complaint was there wasn’t a ton of extra towels so we had to wash every single day and there were no blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Other than that everything was perfect!

Beautiful condo in the perfect location!

We had two teenagers and two pre-schoolers on our trip, so this location was perfect for our needs. We were close enough to Seaside for the older kids to bike to, while the younger kids were able to enjoy the less crowded beach in Blue Mountain. The condo was immaculate, beautifully decorated, spacious, and steps from the beach. Some of the things we loved: separate bathrooms and balconies attached to each bedroom, the Kuerig machine, and the bikes & beach chairs that were provided. I can't say enough about our stay.. we really enjoyed it and hope to come back again soon!

Very Nice!

This condo is exactly as described! Fully stocked kitchen, very nice linens and bathrooms. Very clean and spacious. The location is very good, close to the action if needed, but quiet too. We loved having the secure garage space for our car, but taller profile vehicles might have difficulty, the washer and dryer a plus too. The only negative would be the stairs to the front door and stairs to bedrooms. Some people might find those challenging if they have any physical issues. Beautiful place with the beach in your backyard!

I’ve lost count how many times we have returned to this property. We absolutely love the location and unit itself. iTrip is great to work with and I keep coming back due to ease of communication and friendliness. The unit I believe was in better shape than ever before. It stays full stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay from kitchen items to beach toys. The only reason I am giving this review 4 stars is because the pool at the complex continues to get worse each time we visit. I spent an hour each morning cleaning it myself because it’s covered with bugs and debris. I probably shouldn’t have even let my child swim in it but he loves a pool! I just believe for the price you pay for a weekly rental, you should have a cleaned and well kept pool to use daily. Our last day the pool only had half of the normal amount of water it should have had. Other than the pool, it was a great vacation!

Great property, Beach is so close!

We had a fabulous time. Our only knock is not on the property itself but on the property mgt company who told some cosmetic repairs were being done to an adjacent balcony when in reality the entire building was having a complete exterior renovation done. No parking, nails all over, lifts and scaffolding blocking our staircase, workers on our balconies and in our garage. I just wished that the property mgt was more upfront and it would have been a five star all the way. Instead, they won’t call me back. As far as the unit itself, it is stunning and we would go back instantly! Mike

Hidden treasure on 30A

We loved staying at the Blue Seahorse! It was all the room and space we needed for 7 of us. It was nice to have 2 parking spaces. The fridge was big and the freezer makes ice - a big plus! The private beach is wonderful. It was nice to be able to bring our own beach gear down and not have to rent chairs. (You can rent if you choose.) The beds were comfy. Our 12 year old daughter loved having the pool right outside our door. We ate at The Cowboy Kitchen, Blue Mabel, 98 BBQ, The Red Bar, Stinky's, Red FishTaco, drove to Destin to eat at Boshamps one night, and visited Seaside one afternoon. The kids enjoyed having the bikes and would bike to the local coffee and ice cream shops. We did lose water for an entire day, which was inconvenient and messed up our dinner plans with no one being able to shower. Other than that- the trip was perfect and the place was so lovely. Will be coming back for sure!

Don’t stay here IF

The upper level showed steps but the main level had even more steps and it was misery for us with knee and hip replacements to carry up everything. The place said partial gulf view. Maybe a sliver. Main view is a parking lot and on the other side the pool. Not even close to enough towels and washcloths AND laundry is in the garage all the way down plus the dryer takes 3 full cycles to dry. The steps to the beach are about 7 flights and we were miserable so only went down once. This place is nothing special and not for anyone who can’t do stairs let alone carry luggage up then up. Never again will I not know EVERYTHING. I am ready for a restful vacation to recover from this
