Just want to make sure you are aware there is ongoing building renovations and construction noise from 8am to 5pm monday thru Friday and the pool is out of order. Also there is no access to balcony at this time.***Fantastic Oceanfront Location,*** Near Sunglow Pier and Port Orange Bridge. You will enjoy lots of amenities close by like, tennis, golf, pickle ball and fitness gym. Deep Sea Fishing available just a few minutes drive in Ponce Inlet. Daytona International Speedway approximately 20 minutes drive. Wake up to sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean while sipping your coffee on the oceanfront balcony! Kitchen has air fryer and toaster oven, microwave oven, mini fridge with separate freezer door, and Keurig coffee maker. Beautifully updated and clean unit!

Great communication! Room was exactly as presented. One extremely small hiccup and it was fixed within minutes(dead battery on door). I would stay again anytime. Freshly remodeled and the best water pressure that I've had in my last few stays at other places. Parking passes included with stay as long as you return them. Like mentioned earlier, great communication!

Nice and Quiet

We was only there at nights, but it was nice to sit and watch the waves at night. It was quiet neighborhood.If i had any complaints, it would be the parking. The lot was at capacity and people was having to make their own spots. We would have no problems returning.
