301 Frances Avenue is a beautiful Delaware Bay beachfront home. Enjoy vacationing in this contemporary home nestled in the sand dunes of the popular Delaware Bay beach. The first floor has a living room with a cathedral ceiling, fireplace, and sliding doors out to your deck and private, fenced in backyard on the bay. Also on the first floor is your dining room with great water views, a modern kitchen, two bedrooms, both with queen beds, and a full bathroom. The primary bedroom, with a king bed, is on the second floor as well as the second bathroom. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. There is parking in the driveway for 2 cars and plenty of parking on the street. (owner brings dog if there are severe allergies) Small dogs will be considered. pet fee $100
