53 Central Ave, Scituate (Humarock), Awesome River views from 2nd floor deck and balcony, and a 2 block walk to the ocean beaches of Humarock. On the first floor, there's a living room, bathroom, laundry room and 2 bedrooms. Upstairs is an open concept living/dining/kitchen area with 2 additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. Here you will find a wrap around deck with out door seating, a grill, and outstanding views of the South River. The secluded yard has a fire pit and borders a small pond. The pond is at the end of a paper road, for privacy. An Ocean Beach is a 2 minute walk away. Walk to near by restaurants and gift shops.
