Brant Rock Cheerful Beach House rental

This newly renovated Beach House is spacious and sunny, located within walking distance to beaches, restaurants, bars, nails salon, Spa, Food Market and other shopping. First floor has a full size bathroom, dining room, kitchen, living room, grill and porch facing the sun set. On 2nd floor, 3 bedrooms & full size bathroom w/deck facing the ocean, 3rd floor a loft area great for a family with a queen bed on one side with a deck facing the ocean & 2 twin beds on the other side.
During the summer months July and August, we have a one week minimum for Saturdays check in and check out ONLY. Rest of the year we have a 2 night minimum. Updates will be posted as needed but if any questions please ask. We have one security camera on the front porch and will stay on at all times.

Great Holiday stay!

My Family stayed at Brant Rock for Christmas week… the place worked out perfectly… it was just as pictured and the Owners were so nice to decorate it for the holiday. The location was great within walking distance to everything. Would def stay again... maybe in warmer weather.

This house was wonderful and everyone in my party of 10 was comfortable. It had everything my family needed for our stay and provided plenty of space for both my family and my brother’s family as we all were in town for a wedding nearby. The ocean views were beautiful and we loved the quiet little beach town. The host was very sweet and communicative as well. We were in touch every day and everything went smoothly. I would absolutely recommend this property for any families staying in the area.

Location was awesome. We were there during a storm so we did not get to joy any time on the beach, but the ocean views from the decks were great. Host was super responsive and house was clean and well appointt

Great stay!

Accommodations met all our needs, host communication was clear and available if we needed it. One shower drained a bit slow but was being taken care of and wasn’t an issue, otherwise everything else was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to anyone staying in the area.

We had a lovely week here at Brandt Rock. We were quite comfortable with good AC, good kitchen facilities, good towels and linens, big comfy couch, and good restaurants close by. One nice-to-have would be to have a dresser and chair in each bedroom.Also mention that access to the beach right here by the house will be a challenge to anyone with mobility issues. There are lots of steps and rocks to scramble over.

Marshfield gem

My family and I stayed in Marshfield for my daughter’s wedding in Scituate! The house was as pictured! Very roomy for 8 adults! Easy check in! Wish we had stayed longer to enjoy the beach! Be sure to check out the balcony on the third floor! We’d definitely rent again especially during the summer!

Amazing Vacation Spot!

This vacation house is amazing! The house was spacious, clean and beautiful! Perfect for families or friends! There is so much to do in walking distance of the house. The beaches are stunning and you can’t beat the sunsets! You can also look forward to a great host. Janita is so accommodating and helpful with what’s around and the best spots. Highly recommend staying here you will have an incredible time time! Can’t wait to return next summer to Marshfield!

Cheerful, Clean Home & Great Location

This property was phenomenal. We visited with a group of friends. The kitchen was well stocked and perfect for preparing group meals. The open layout on the first floor made it easy to spend time together. The bedrooms were private and tucked away. Everything was incredibly clean. My favorite part was the location. We enjoyed walking to bars and restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Janita for a wonderful stay!

Perfect Beach House

We have a wonderful family vacation at this beach house. It was very spacious and clean when we arrived. The location was perfect, close to the beach, close to restaurants, close to a market, and close an ice cream and snow cone shop. The front porch was a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the people walking by. I wish we could have stayed longer it was so relaxing. The property manager was very helpful and responded to any questions very quickly. It is a beautiful home at a great beach location.

Family Holiday Celebration

Came up to Marshfield from Florida to celebrate the holidays with our children and their families. I can’t say enough about the house. It was perfect. We’ve rented many homes and none of them came with a kitchen equipped as well as this one. House was clean, plenty of linens, beautiful washer and dryer. They even had spare toothbrushes in case you forgot yours. Owner was very accommodating. Responded immediately when I reached out with any questions. We will be renting this house again.

Cute home next to Atlantic Ocean

This was a cute little home in the middle of a happening town! You can walk across the street to several restaurants and the Atlantic Ocean is literally in your back yard! Even though there are houses between you and the ocean, you can still see it between the houses. The access point to the beach is right around the corner so you can easily access the beach if you want. The house itself was fully stocked with essentials and the owner provided disposable soaps and Toothbrushes. The owner was very communicative up to and during our stay. Thank you again!

This was a great house right near the water (one row of houses between the beach). Lots of options easy walking distance for food, drinks, ice cream, etc.. Running and walking on beach wall is great! For those with active small children be aware the street is about 15 unobstructed feet from the front stairs of the house. Definitely recommend for a family looking to find a small beach town outside the cape to enjoy!
