Everything was amazing with this cute cabin. It had everything we needed plus more. It's set in the woods and its very relaxing, secluded and peaceful yet only about 20 minutes from downtown Whitehorse. We loved being able to walk to the spa from the cabin. Also, John the host was absolutely amazing. He came over to introduce himself, was very responsive and accommodated all of our needs. He went above and beyond. Definitely stay here if you're in the area. It won't disappoint!

Hot Springs retreat

Very nice accomodation. Clean, orderly. Walking distance to hotsprings. Owners were very responsive. Property was everything we expected it to be. Thanks for helping make our Christmas a special one.

Not enough bedding or forks.

The listing lists three beds, two bedrooms and a pullout couch. There was extra sheets for the two beds in the bedrooms, which is nice. But there’s no bedding for the pullout bed. Information listed at the property says that you need to ask for bedding for the pull out bed before you arrive, upon reading the information in the online listing again, there’s nothing that says you need to ask for bedding for the pull out before hand. Because of the extra bedding for the other two bed we were able to get by; however if it wasn’t summer, and my kids didn’t bring their own blankets, or if it was cold. My child on the pull out would have been cold as there was only 2 duvets. The kitchen was clean and had tinfoil and coffee, but the house sleeps 6 and only has cutlery for 4. Additionally, like many short term rentals, the furnishings are not equipped to hotel/Public property standards. The toilet paper holder fell off while we were there.

Hello Jennifer, thank you for your review. Unfortunately, we cannot confirm your statements as you have described them. You booked for 4 people. Our house has 2 bedrooms that can accommodate 4 people. The pull-out couch for another 2 people is optional and will logically be prepared if the guests ask us for it. You could have informed us in advance that you needed the extra bed, which we were very happy to prepare for you. Also during your stay we did not receive any message from you to inform us that something was wrong or that you wanted to use the extra bed and therefore needed bed linen. A simple text message or a quick phone call would have been enough on the day of your arrival and we would have provided you on the same day with extra bed linen. All information on how our guests can reach us can also be found in the house, on VRBO and and you also saw us walking around on the property. Again, we wished you would have got in touch with us. Sometimes it doesn't have to be that complicated... Thanks Yukon Hot Springs Resort
