This 12th floor condo is amazing! The decor is beautiful and the furniture was very comfortable. The view from the HUGE balcony is absolutely stunning. Plenty of seating on the balcony to enjoy that view. The condo was very clean, well-kept, and had many extra touches (fully equipped kitchen with many extras, various small appliances, coffee maker, etc) that made for such a relaxing and wonderful stay. No problems checking in or out. Elevators were fast, no long waits. Private parking garage with one assigned space (and one unassigned extra space) made for easy parking. Clear communication and instructions. Loved our vacation here and hope to stay in this condo again in the future. Thanks so much!:)

Very nice unit. Clean and roomy. Met all our expectations except a little problem figuring out the TV. Oven was very slow to preheat but it would finally get there. Cooked out on the grills at the unit one night. We love having an outdoor grill. Beautiful views, sunsets, sunrises, and weather. Loved having the windows and doors to enhance the view. Loved the huge balcony. I would definitely stay there again.

QUILTERS DREAM

2 bedroom with expansive view of the beach and ocean. My friend and I spent most of our time quilting and relaxing in the house.. The balcony had great seating arrangements. It was apparently a good location for dining and activities. Due to time of year and covid we pretty much remained isolated and couldn’t have asked for a better setting! We hope to come back again!!

We really enjoyed staying here. The condo is beautifully decorated & has everything you need on vacation. A great addition is also having the beach chairs.... this is a plus. Only complaint would be the security for the pool, one elevator out of order for a few days and the hot tubs off & on not working & working. As for the security we had 2 ladies on 3 days very nice and no problems, but the other four days was a young man who was extremely strict. We discussed we the front office & they said that the ladies were not doing their job, but he was. The security can see you one day with the arm bands on for the pool and the next day you or one of your family members forget to wear theirs and he makes you go get it. Also our last night he enforced the 10:00 pm pool closing watching everyone like a hawk. At exactly 10:00 pm he cleared the pool. Not exactly what you want on vacation. We were happy with the condo though!

The description of unit 1206 was spot on. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable with all the amenities that one needs for a short or long stay. The location is ideal and the sunsets from the spacious balcony were gorgeous. We would highly recommend it and would return again.

This was our first time staying here and we loved it. Are returning January second. We loved the master bedroom and bathroom. The living room was comfortable and what a few. The kitchen had everything you would ever need. We did enjoy the many restaurants the were very reasonable and had entertainment. We had family down and they said the guest bed had a problem and should have someone look at it. The weather when we were down was wonderful.

We have stayed at Gulf Crest for the past few years renting from Mrs. Meyer. My family and I absolutely love this place. It is convenient to everything on PCB but not in the heavy traffic area. The condo is always clean and equipped with everything just as if you were at your own home.

Perfect family vacation

I have stayed in many condos in Panama City Beach and this was the best. We had 3 generations with 4 adults and 4 children and had plenty of room for everyone. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. We had a couple minor mechanical issues and each time I called someone was there within an hour. This is a great condo and the Meyers are great to work with!

Amazing Vacation--Gulf Crest Condo-unit#1206

My Family and I enjoy an awesome vacation with an amazing view of the Ocean! The condo was well maintained and had just about everything you could possibly need! One suggestion would be to install towel hooks on deck and also in bathrooms. Other than that...we had an amazing week! Thank you Eileen Meyer! Your the Best!
