Very nice setting with park and waterway just across the street. Convenient walk to a very nice coffee shop/eatery. Accommodations were neat and clean. Host was very responsive to our requests. We would book this location again.

Great spot with a view of the bay. Great for kids because there is a playground literally across the street! Will definitely be using them again when we come back through Anchorage.

The property is in a wonderful location Able to walk to most places we hoped to visit. We were able to see Denali the second night just up the road near sunset. Beds were very comfortable and good shower. Though we didn’t really cook the kitchen is well laid out with plenty of supplies. Our host was very quick to respond to questions and immediately helped us out with an Internet outage that was quickly rectified. We would definitely stay here again! Great Anchorage Stay!!

Excellent location and accomodations. My only sidenote is that if there are people upstairs walking loudly, you'll hear it. People who came in after the first upstairs folks walked normally and it wasn't noticeable.

This is great location and we were so impressed with all the amenities quality of the furnishing and the many little extras. Extremely clean, great parking with easy access.
