This split-entry layout with new beds and cozy bedding, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, complete with cookware, bakeware, and all the dishes you need for cooking or baking. The dining table seats four, with the option to expand to accommodate six.

For your comfort, blackout blinds are provided to ensure you can sleep peacefully even during the long Alaskan summer days. The downstairs area serves as both an additional living space and a comfortable bedroom. Two twin beds can be combined to create a king bed, and the location is perfect for multiple families or groups with its own TV and two love seats.


Fun for All Ages:
Garage Game Room: Enjoy hours of fun with ping pong, foosball, classic NBA Jam, and Asteroids.

Yard Games: Head outside for some friendly competition with the ladder toss game.

Entertainment: Three smart TVs ensure everyone can unwind and enjoy their favorite shows or movies.

We provide all the essentials for families traveling with little ones, including a Pack `N Play crib, high chair, and toddler dishes.

The downstairs bedroom offers the flexibility of combining the twin beds into a king-sized bed, and the separate living area makes it ideal for accommodating multiple guests or families.

Neighborhood & Accessibility: -Quiet, Well-Lit Neighborhood: The family-friendly, safe, and well-lit neighborhood is perfect for evening strolls or bike rides, and is just minutes from everything you need. - Although it may feel removed, it`s just a few minutes from shopping, restaurants, and more! -The neighbors are families we have known and have called it home for ages. Parking: During the warm months, the driveway comfortably accommodates four vehicles, with additional street parking available. During the winter months, the driveway comfortably accommodates two vehicles.


Winter Activities & Outdoor Fun:
During the winter months, Anchorage offers incredible outdoor activities. The nearby trails are perfect for cross-country skiing and snowshoeing, and you’ll also be just a short drive from Hilltop Ski Area for skiing and snowboarding. If you`re looking for a unique experience, the Northern Lights can often be seen right from the comfort of your backyard or nearby spots.



A Note on Entry & Hold:
Six or so stairs lead to the front door.
No security deposit—only a $800 pre-authorization hold placed 1 day before check-out (released automatically within 7 days).

The reservation`s guest number is the maximum number of people allowed on the property. Guests may request an exception from the owner via the messaging system, and prior approval must be documented via the messaging system.

We want you to enjoy your stay! Please be courteous to our awesome neighbors and keep the noise level minimal.

We do not allow the cleaning or processing/packaging of fish inside or outside the home.

No burning of candles or incense, vaping, or smoking of any kind is allowed in the home.

Please leave the property (furnishings, kitchen items, etc.) in the same location as you when you arrive.


We reserve the right to remove guests (without refund), who do not follow the house rules.
