Relaxing Riverfront Getaway in Philips Lake

Relax with your family or friend at this peaceful home on the waterfront. Enjoy expansive views of the Hampton River. Immerse yourself in the “low country” lifestyle. Sit on our lovely patio and people watch or sit on our back deck for a full view of the lake. Enjoy the stunning lake view throughout the day and at night. Have up to eight guests with our 4 bedrooms, 2 baths home.

*Requirement for booking You must be 25 years or older to book*

****NOTE**** We are not held liable/responsible for any bodily harm that may occur while you or your guests are visiting. When you arrive you will have a waiver we require you to sign. We have a waterfront in the backyard and the dock that you & your family will have full access to. But it is your responsibility to watch your children.

Also we understand an adult beverage or two or a few may be consumed on site, we just ask that you drink responsibly & practice caution around the open areas located near & around the water.

Our hope is that your trip/stay will be relaxing, enjoyable, & most importantly memorable (in the good way of course). We are an open book & very communicative, please never hesitate to reach out.

Guests have access to the whole house except the 2 owner closets (hall) and the shed.

No parties or events are allowed. Regulations from the City & Airbnb.

NO reserving the home for OTHER people, then leaving. This is not a party house.
