The host was not communicative and hour reservation within hours of checking in. I would not recomend this place unless you are looking to have a hard time. This caused so much confusion and frustration for our trip because we had to find some place to stay at midnight. This is extra frustrating since our stay was booked well in advance.

Can’t Beat Location - But Basic

Property Pros: - The property location is perfect. Safe neighborhood - grocery and good restaurants very close (have to try Maito!) and the Ecuadorian place across the street. - The view is great looking across the coast Property Cons: The apartment itself, however, is very basic. Walls show wear, beds come with 2 flat sheets-no blanket or other sheet, kitchen is sparse on utensils-pot/pans (which if you eat out all the time is no big deal). But if you want paper towels or any basics - have to trot over to the store. - Communication with property mgmt was hit or miss. Took 2 days to get extra set of sheets/blankets, but other times responses were quicker. Overall, the price is fair and represents the pros and cons.
