Beautifully upgraded oceanfront condo at the Mauna Lani Resort, only steps away from the beach! B301 is a newly updated 2 bedroom / 2.5 bath condo located on the top floor of the B building - offering gorgeous ocean and sunset views. This supremely located condo has vaulted ceilings, expansive views, tropical decor and new tile floors throughout. The living room features a flat screen television while the completely renovated kitchen has top of the line appliances and granite counter tops. The large master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and private master bathroom with separate tub and shower. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds (that may be converted into a king bed upon request at time of booking), a flat screen TV as well and an attached guest bathroom with large walk-in shower. This non-smoking unit is located a few steps up on the third floor (no elevators).

**Guests of B301 will receive exclusive membership benefits to the Mauna Lani, Auberge Resort Collections Wellness Center and Tennis Club. Guests will have complimentary access to the private lap pool, fitness center, locker rooms, pickleball and tennis facilities. This exclusive partnership with the Mauna Lani, Auberge Resorts Collection, is offered to only a select few vacation rental properties. Membership is valid through July 19, 2026, must be renewed annually by the property owner and may be discontinued without notice.

Very Nice Stay!

This is a very nice condo, very spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. It was a perfect location and approx a 10 minute drive from some of the best beaches! The neighborhood is great and well-kept. A perfect neighborhood for morning walks, jogs, etc. Shopping nearby with a few places to eat. And it was very well managed. We will definitely stay her next time we're at the Big Island!

Location is superb! Views amazing.

B301 is a super location for the terraces and the view is amazing. Condo is well equipped but unfortunately we had plumbing issues with the master shower and was unable to use it. However management said they would credit one night for the inconvenience. Other than that all was great.

Beautiful condo in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this renovated condo. The owners did a wonderful job choosing appliances and furniture. The location was convenient to the pool and about a five minute walk to the ocean. The snorkeling was the best we’ve experienced on any of the Hawaiian islands.

REALLY NICE....

This is a very nice, well maintained, older property. The listing photos and description accurately reflected the property. The owner Danny, was a gem to work with, he answered every question and concern I had prior to arrival. He also made sight-seeing recommendations that were great. I'm looking forward to a return visit and hope to convience friends to come along (but they can find their own special unit). The entire Mauna Lani resort area is just outstanding. The Foodland market, within walking distance, is great. I am a senior, and took the trip with a long time friend. We both loved the unit; each had our own bathroom I selp on pull-out in living room. We like that it was only 7 steps down.... you know how senior knee's can get! Thank you, Danny.
