We give this home a 10! It was perfect for 6 adults. Very clean and comfortable. Proximity to tailgating and the Big House for football game couldn't have been better. We will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in Ann Arbor for a sports camp at the university. So convenient to the school, groceries, shopping! Great house with highly responsive team although we had no issues. Perfect for our needs!
