The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Load dirty dishes in the dishwasher, add soap pod & push start before checking out. Wash/dry/put away any dishes that do not fit. Put all used linens in the basket in the laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
please remove shoes inside and be advised there are steep stairs that go to the basement.
Remove all trash to bins. Take bins to street wed night prior to early Thursday pickup. Return bins to garage area after pickup.
See printed house instructions onsite. Exterior only security cameras onsite there for our guests protection.

Property was immaculate, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, attention to detail on the decorating, 2 gas fireplaces, two living areas with smart TVs, up-to-date kitchen and bathrooms, quality amenities. Use of garage was a plus in the winter. Nice laundry facilities. Location is perfect for exploring Ann Arbor or going to sporting events. Host has really thought every detail out.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is absolutely unbeatable, especially for getting to the football stadium. The host was wonderful—the house was superbly stocked, and we truly appreciated the welcome basket of goodies they provided.The only small piece of feedback is that the mattresses were very firm, which made sleeping very challenging. Addressing the mattress comfort would make this property truly five-star!

Best Time and Location!

Relaxing Stay

The house was exactly as described, very clean and comfy. The owners make sure the house has all the little things that you would need: shampoo, laundry detergent, K- pods for coffee and my favorite snacks to eat. We will definitely reserve again for an Ann Arbor trip with the family.

Great home close to Michigan Stadium

I stayed here with my niece who was checking out U of M's campus, and my family. It was the perfect location. We were easily able to get to campus for our tour, have a nice dinner on Main St, and get to the football game on Saturday. Would definitely stay here again.

Walk to Big House!

Cozy, well appointed home a stones throw from the Big House. Very comfortable with all the amenities of home. Every detail has been thought of. We enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving weekend! Definitely, would stay again.

Great Home Away from Home

This was an exceptional stay. The house is well cared for, super clean and easy to find. Staying here felt more like a home than a rental: waters in the fridge, chocolates on the counter. We forgot plastic wrap and found it in the pantry. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. A really good experience all the way around.

Clean and comfortable

It was great for our needs and had nicely appointed spaces and was very clean and tidy. There were a few minor issues during the stay, but all resolved by the property managers quickly and positively. All in all, an excellent choice for the area.

Great little house that's been updated. Three bedrooms upstairs and a big lounging area downstairs. Just wish the football game had a different outcome - ha! Go Blue!
