There is a large covered outdoor eating area and carport. A BBQ grill is provided. The cabin has two bedrooms with three queen size beds and 3 baths. Check In Time is 3:00 pm CST and Check Out Time is 11:00

By booking this location (3462 SE IOLA ROAD) you understand that the house where you’ll be staying and the activities in which you will be participating in, and the travel to and from the locations at which said activities are conducted, present risk of personal injury and/or other loss. You recognize and assume this risk, and hereby waive every right of action for damages, by yourself or by any person on your behalf, arising from any personal injury and/or other loss incurred by you as a result of your participating in said activities, your staying at the premises and/or being transported to or from the location at which said activities are conducted – in addition, you hereby release the owners and/or the agents for from any and all responsibility for any such injury or loss either to yourself or your pets or guests you have invited while staying at the location. Above stated activities include but are not limited to weddings, receptions, all gatherings, fishing from the dock, boating, canoeing, kayaking, leaving boats or personal watercraft tied to the dock for any period of time, cooking/grilling on premises, and all other activities taking place inside the house, on porches, docks, decks, or any other areas included in the property description. Additionally, you understand that you are responsible for any and all property damages that are caused by yourself or invited guests or pets regardless of misuse, negligence, mistake, or willful intent.
