is located directly on the 2nd fairway of golf course no. 2, where the US OPEN 2024 will be held this year. The fairway can be seen from the balcony on the second floor.
The villa is set in a large garden with beautiful plants and trees and a heated pool.
The house consists of a main house and a garden house, which can also be used separately. A garage for two vehicles and a golf cart (4-seater), which can be used by arrangement/extra Fee 60p.D.
The house has the following rooms:
4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and built-in closets, Smart TV screen 55 inch
1 living room with TV area screen 65 inch, open fireplace and bar area. Direct access to the terrace and garden
1 Dining Room Elegant dining area with stone table for 12 people - pictures to follow
1 fully equipped kitchen with bar counter and breakfast dining area with seating for 10 people.
