Have fun with the whole family at this stylish retreat only a couple miles from the beach. Hop into the clear blue pool after a fun filled day at the beach. Enjoy BBQ and games. Short trip to beaches, wonderful restaurants, parks, splash pad, ice cream and shops in downtown Venice. Have fun finding shark teeth at the numerous beaches we offer in the shark tooth capital of the world.
This is a highly sought after area with the beautiful ocean so close. Time to relax and make beautiful memories!
For security purposes we do have security cameras on front and back of the house

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
For more than 6 guests in the home, we charge an additional $100 per person. Pool is kept at 82, above that there will be a $20 per day fee
Please report any damage at the home at the time of the incident. If there are missing or damaged sheets, there will be a charge of $50 per set.
If the guest stays over 14 nights, we add an additional $100 cleaning fee that will be charged prior the check in. Garbage left in home incurs a fee
