The house is on a quite cul-de-sac 2 miles to beach, 2 separate living spaces, remodeled kitchen, new flooring thru out, Kitchen has everything you will need- air-fryer/blender/Coffee maker, wine glasses, grill, 2 car garage. large outdoor fenced in. Work desk area. Walking distant to the YMCA, also a community recreation heated pool and kiddie pool.

We purchased this house about 20 years ago and raised our family in this nice quiet cul-de-sac.
