Beautiful home, inside and out!! Very spacious and accommodating (even for larger families) - we had everything we needed. Lounging outside by the pool was so relaxing! Close to many restaurants and shops - short drive to the beach! No need to worry about bringing beach chairs, tents, or a buggy - everything is provided... plus bikes, ping pong, cornhole, and a huge lounging area upstairs with the most comfortable sectional and large TV. The community was peaceful, and the neighbors were friendly. Travis was an awesome host! How thoughtful to find a tray full of snacks and doggy toys and treats for our fur babies when we arrived. Great vacation rental for us - will definitely rent this home again! Thank you, Travis!!

I have been using Vrbo for years. This host was the best I have ever had.. He was kind and thoughtful. He went the extra mile when he did not have to.My husband is in a wheelchair he got ramps so we could get him in and out the house. There was a minor issue with the pool. He had it handled on a holiday weekend. The house was great had all the supplies needed. He had some really cool paper cups for coffee. I ordered them for my home. The home was clean . It had pleanty of space.

Travis was super responsive! The property was so clean and very well stocked with kitchen and bath cleaning supplies, and laundry supplies too. Lots of thoughtful touches, like a snack basket for guests and dog treats and toys for furry friends. The property has a very nice gathering space for families to stay and hang out. The upstairs area was perfect for our kids to play games, plus they had the convenience of two full bathrooms up there. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, with great places to run or walkWe had a large group, 10 of us, and there were plenty of places to park in the driveway and/or garage. The garage has a ping pong table in it, even with a car in the garage, there was room to play ping pong.The backyard is gated, which was so great. I had my very old dog, plus my sister's dog, with me. There were dog bowls inside and outside, plus the treats in the guest welcome basket. Overall, it was a very dog-friendly place. The location for us was perfect! We had a luncheon at the Journey Church, which was about 5 minutes away, and a sunset cruise from Fernidndina Beach that was also a short distance away. We would recommend anyone wanting a nice, convenient, dog-friendly place to stay to stay here. Thank you, Travis!I would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay!
